I adore Laura Mercier Tinted Moisturizer. Creamy, nicely tinted, an SPF 20 keeps me clamoring back for more please but it does have a $42 USD price tag eep!

If you’re not wanting to shell out that much cash why not go with that:

tinted+moisturizers+001

mark Tinted Moisturizer is $8 USD contains 1.6oz of product (that’s an oz more than Laura’s) and has an SPF of 15. You’re forgoing a little of the SPF but the size and price sure is right.

Bobbi and the Muse? BBF forevers! The Muse is loving Bobbi Brown Sheer Color Cheek but even I admit it’s tiny for $22 USD. You could go with this:

cheek+tint+001

It’s ok if you’re not wanting to fork over that $22 bucks. You can snag a mark Just Pinched Cheek Tint for $6 which is slightly bigger and is virtually the same product as Bobbi’s version. Go with that:

cheek+tint+003

A little of this, a little of that makes for a happy beauty junkie! Hope these options save you a little money!

Okay, so I tried the mark. tinted moisturizer and I hated it! Not because of the formula, but because it turned my face orange. So sad. But yay for being pale! ;)

However, love the cream blushes like crazy. They’re great. I’ve only used Cheeky and Berry, but both look great depending on what I’m wearing or what gloss I’m using.

I bought the Mark Just Pinched Cheek Tint in “Sunny” thinking that it would give me a sun kissed glow or bronzed effect. However, I was disappointed by how little color this product actually gives you and how small the packaging is.
Having ordered this from a catalogue, I was shocked to see how small it is. It looked bigger advertised. The tube holds only 4 grams, this is the exact same amount as for a regular lip balm.

The blush goes on very smooth, and it feels like lip balm too, leaving a bit of a color and shine. It is ordorless although has a consistency of lip balm and after reading the ingredients, it has some oils and beeswax as well, which are commonly used in lip products.

I expected that just a little would go a long way, perhaps I got the wrong color, but the Sunny tint barely shows and I am fair skinned.

I recommend this for someone who does not have oily skin and wants some very subtle color, something easy to carry around and apply outside.

I bought this in Canada for 7$ and I find it rather expensive considering how little I benefited from the product. For any Canadians familiar with the Joe Fresh clothing/cosmetic line, they make a great cheek tint in the exact same format, with more colors, that actually leave a lot of tint with just a dab and those cost only 4$.
