Beauty News: Illamasqua at Sephora

Illamasqua slides onto Sephora’s virtual shelves today with a warm welcome from many a fan. I’m sure many are curious about the exchange from sterling to USD for those readers in the UK and those in the US. It appears that it is a tad cheaper on our side of the world as of current conversion (when the economy heals and the sterling begins to top USD again you’ll notice a considerably jump in the price). Prices are ranging at $1-$3 cheaper than product in the UK. Not too bad, hopefully UK’ers are relieved too but as I mentioned you’ll see a big jump as the economy heals. I’m quite happy with the prices and and think it looks quite good.

But most important we now have the brand locally and can enjoy the entire Illamasqua collection for ourselves! Yay!

About the Muse

Isabella MuseIsabella is just an average everyday geeky girl who doesn’t blend her eyeshadow correctly, wears too much blush, and hopes she never finds her holy grail products because she likes the thrill of the chase so much. Her mission is to bring you super honest reviews on makeup, skincare, fragrance and all things beauty. She’s in no way an expert on the topic and she sure as hell isn’t a super model. But she’s passionate about makeup and is seeking like-minded individuals that like pina coladas, getting caught in the rain, and ones that enjoy spending hundreds of dollars at Sephora without feeling buyer’s remorse. Hey Muse!
Long time reader, first time commenter 🙂 Do they stock Ilamasqua at Sephora stores or just on the site? We have a mall not too far away that recently got Sephora and I’m not much of an online buyer. 🙂
