Givenchy Les Poetiques: Poetique Camelia and Poetique Iris Review and Swatches

Givenchy’s Fall Collection is proving to be one of my favorites this season. I’m delighted with the brand new shades of lipstick introduced which are soft, romantic shades that enhance my own natural lip color.

Click ahead to hear the review and see the swatches!

Two brand new shades of limited edition lippies compliment the Givenchy Les Poetiques Fall Collection. Each shade introduced is in a different Givenchy lipstick formula. Both shades are soft, natural shades which compliment the palettes introduced with this collection.

The first shade Poetique Camelia is in the Givenchy Rouge Interdit Shine Lipstick format. This is a soft peach pink with a shimmer finish. The formula if Interdit Shine is moist, sheer, and glossy.

The other shade introduced, Poetique Iris, is available in the Givenchy Rouge Interdit Satin Lipstick format. This shade is a light pink much liked Urban Decay Naked but with a deeper hint of mauve. Satin is considerably easier to apply than Shine and the formula is beautifully glossy and rich. It’s a subtle, sheer color that enhances the look of my naturally pink lips.

Overall, each shade is better than the next and worthy of a pick up as they combine beautifully well with the softer shades of the Les Poetiques Prismissime Eyes for a full on romantic look for Fall!

Beautiful!

I was wondering if you have pics with them on lips? That would be really helpful!

You can’t be serious 🙂 I saw your pictures and found your make-up very neat 😉
Look forward to seeing those lipstick pics. I live in Ukraine where we’re not spoiled by LEs and all that, and often the only way to try something before buying it online is to look for swatches on the web. So keep up the good work! 🙂
