Jelly Pong Pong Hawaiian Sun Review

I’m keeping my Summer glow together with a little bit of Jelly Pong Pong Hawaiian Sun. Never again will I hate bronzers after using this little bronzer….errr…maybe I should say huge as the packaging is big. The excitement and delight of bronzer all comes together when I whip out my fancy box of Jelly Pong Pong Hawaiian Sun.

I’m one smitten kitten with this kawaii packaging and adorable puff for application.

Check it after the jump!

Seriously, I’m all about cute packaging. Anything that has super sweet packaging is by default awesome for this Muse. That’s why when I got this Jelly Pong Pong Hawaiian Sun Bronzer I was doing back flips over it’s cuteness. Housed in this sweet (and LARGE) circular box with a giant pink powder puff and flower topper this will instantly bring a piece of Hawaii to your little world. I’m so taken in with the puff and the box and the design and…and….everything.

In the very bottom of the box is a layer of bronzer which you pat your puff onto and simply smooth onto legs, arms, legs, or face. Now…the bronzer itself is terribly muddy looking and not particularly flattering but I’m actually happy to report that it blends on beautifully well and ever so subtly. It doesn’t have a heap of pigmentation so the finished results are just a very sheer layer of sunkissed golden skin. Quite nice actually and that’s saying something for a self proclaimed hater of tanning, the sun, etc…..

Now the puff is simply adorable but it’s not particularly conventional for application on your face. If you want you can set it aside, swirl a kabuki in the bottom of your box, and buff onto your face. I find this technique a bit easier than using the monster puff for my face, leave it for your body as it works well for that.

You can purchase this for 18.50 which is about $30 or so. Jelly Pong Pong ships via airmail to the US so it’s easy enough to order. $30 is a bit much especially considering Summer is over but I’m so taken with the packaging I’m kinda overlooking the price plus I got mine from one of the Jelly Pong Pong Deluxe Gift Bags I ordered several weeks ago making the price a little lighter as it was included with several other items.

Overall, if you’re a fond fan of bronzers this should appeal in a major way. If you’re wanting to take your Summer look well into Fall this will help that along or if you’re just as shallow as I am and simply love sweet packaging, here you go, doesn’t get cuter than this.

Loves it!
