Latest Obsession: Liptini Shimmering Lip and Cheek Tint Review and Swatches
“You are my obsession, I cannot sleep, I am a possession, unopened at your feet….”
Oh my god dude remember that song? So 80’s chic! Only in the 80’s can you wear big blond hair like that.
The Muse’s latest obsession? No, it’s nothing to do with thinking of ways to make you sleep with me. It’s Liptini Shimmering Lip and Cheek Stain.
Likey!
Check it after the jump.
Enjoy the music while I muse, you can’t find this kind of tune-age around anymore.
So Vincent Longo makes a similar product but it’s $22.50 just as great mind you but the Liptini Shimmering Lip and Cheek Stain is $16.50 if you’re wanting to save a little cash.
I generally enjoy cheeks stain since they are so long wearing and virtually waterproof, sweatproof, oh my god it’s the end of the world proof, etc….
This particular stain has a very subtle kiss of sparkle. For a stain it’s probably one of the less pigmented I’ve tried in this life. It’s not incredibly pigmented but it does have enough pigmentation to give cheeks a healthy glow. The shade I tried, Cordial, is a purple pink creation that gives a nice warm finish on my cheeks. Of course, it can be used on both cheeks and lips, actually I like the way it looks on my lips more than I do on my cheeks.
The formula isn’t runny or watery but more a gel-like consistency. It blends easily without leaving blotches on your face. The shimmer could scare some but the Muse does so promise it’s just a touch and barely noticeable. On my cheeks it’s a warm almost rosy glow and on my lips it’s a pretty dark shade of pink. It comes housed in a cute genie in a bottle style bottle, the Muse loves cutesy packaging.
Overall, if you’re a lover of stains in general Liptini has so many varieties and shades to choose from it’s worth a visit to their website.
