MAC Dazzleglass Creme Review and Swatches
You never really think that a brand can go and take something you really love and make it into something even better. For example have you seen many movie sequels in your life that are actually good? I can only name a few.
Thus the idea of taking a product and re-releasing it with a new formula automatically makes a the Muse skeptical. How can it possibly be as awesome as the first round?
It’s possible. MAC Dazzleglass Creme is proof of that.

Picture this. A creamy, milky lip gloss base that’s cocktailed with a dazzling, shimmering formula. That’s the general idea of MAC Dazzleglass Creme. The Muse calls it the funky mod look as it’s a little bit mod and a little bit disco thanks to the shimmer.
I’m a huge fan of MAC Dazzleglass so these are entirely my bag. I normally don’t like a creamy finish but the amount of glitter infused into the formula more than makes up for that. The glosses are almost (but not as great) as Dazzleglass. They have a nice creamy formula with a shimmer finish and quite a good deal of pigmentation so you can easily get away with them on their own particularly one shade I tried Totally Fab, has super color payoff. It always thrills me when MAC gifts us with a brush applicator as it makes application a snap and Dazzleglass Creme sports one yay!
In my greedy little hands I have My Favorite Pink (Baby Pink), Sublime Shine (Peachy Beige), Soft Dazzle (Peach Pink), and Totally Fab (Bright Red). Of the four Sublime Shine and Totally Fab are topping my favorite list. Totally Fab will make a rather festive shade for the holidays.
One thing I did notice was the lack of gross vanilla that the normal round up of MAC lip items are flavored with. This is always a plus for my picky self as I can’t stand the flavor of MAC gloss and such.
Overall, I’m liking the new spin on Dazzleglass and think they are worthy of a look at. Nine shades of MAC Dazzleglass Creme are hanging out at your counter today for $18 each. Go grab some.
