Philosophy Lit From Within Cream Blush Review and Swatches

Towards the end of August the Muse introduced you to the Philosophy Supernatural Color Collection which features a line of cosmetics free from parabens, mineral oils, fragrance, and other harmful ingredients. The products promise not clog pores or irritate skin while offering a super natural finish. These are particularly great for those who prefer a more natural, softer makeup look.

Today I’ll be introducing you to the Philosophy Lit From Within Cream Blush and later in the week I will tell you about a few other pieces in the collection.

If you’re one for natural, beautiful shades of color that enhance your natural beauty but not overpower it, Philosophy Lit from Within Cream Blush will definitely appeal.

Available in three shades this blush is a moisturizing cream with a subtle kiss of color to enhance your own natural cheek color. I tried out Bare Your Soul which is a nude shade of pink with hints of peach. The blush has a nice creamy formula that blends into skin easily. It is a very subtle finish but enough to give just the right pinch of color to cheeks.

Overall, if you’re one for natural beauty or want a lit from within glow this creamy blush should appeal for a softer, sweeter finish on cheeks.

About the Muse

Isabella MuseIsabella is just an average everyday geeky girl who doesn’t blend her eyeshadow correctly, wears too much blush, and hopes she never finds her holy grail products because she likes the thrill of the chase so much. Her mission is to bring you super honest reviews on makeup, skincare, fragrance and all things beauty. She’s in no way an expert on the topic and she sure as hell isn’t a super model. But she’s passionate about makeup and is seeking like-minded individuals that like pina coladas, getting caught in the rain, and ones that enjoy spending hundreds of dollars at Sephora without feeling buyer’s remorse.
