Fav gloss of the day moment here. Love, love, love me some Bourjois Paris Effect 3D Max. This has to be the best gloss that Bourjois Paris has done to date.

You need it in your life kids.

It’s a mystery whether it’s the super glossy formula or the plastic doe foot applicator that’s making this gloss my current fab fav of the moment.

Bourjois Paris Effect 3D Max is just a remix of the standard 3D Effect Gloss but actually it’s a vast improvement as well. The formula is super pigmented, super glossy, incredibly shiny minus a sticky, tacky texture, and just applies smooth and flawlessly. Embracing the standard Japanese plastic spatula style applicator in a doe foot design makes it easy to layer product on for a fuller lip look. The applicator is sheer perfection and I do wish that more US companies would begin embracing a similar format. I can’t blame the applicator for it all because the formula itself is so smooth without being gooey or sticky, truly a beautiful gloss.

I got a chance try out two shades which were Cassis Petillant and Rose Eclat. Cassis Petillant is my favorite of the two as it’s a deep rose fuchsia with shimmer where as Rose Eclat is more of a milky peachy rose with very slight shimmer.

I haven’t had the pleasure of seeing these at Ulta yet but I have hopes they’ll pop up shortly. Overall, the glosses are absolutely brilliant and a must have in my humblest. The superior formula and wonderful pigmentation make it a top pick for this Muse.

Anyone try yet?

I have three: Rose Gold, Rose Éclat, Cassis Pétillant. I love them all!

Izzy, perhaps it’s a good idea to post a picture of the applicator without gloss so your readers can see for themselves how this amazing applicator differs the others?

hi lucy. Lasts quite well, I’d say you can get around 3-4 hours of wear if you aren’t one for chewing gloss off.

Yes, more spatula applicators! Ulta’s a ways from here, but it’s on my way to my mom’s house. Hello holiday shopping!

I agree, more companies need to have the spatula applicator. They are just the greatest (then brushes, then doe, in my opinion. Doe is just to hard to clean when layering colors).
