Lush Holiday 2009 Collection
Leave it to Lush to ruin my Fall by introducing the Lush Holiday Collection 2009 this early.
Come on..let me enjoy the falling leaves and Halloween before presenting me with an incredible array of bath and body goodies to grace my shower and bath.
As with most years Lush Holiday is huge and filled with many a joyful treat. I can barely wait to get my hands on some of it and I’m very close to placing a UK order shortly (no worries US has Christmas up as well).
Jump ahead for the details!
As with most years at Lush plenty of new items up on the block for purchase and some old favorites. New items versus old favorites has a higher ratio this year with new winning out but no worries they brought back the really important items like Snow Cake Soap and Snow Fairy Shower Gel (the Muse’s two favorites). Either way it’s a very impressive array of items. Each year Lush gets a fair bit of my money as I’m a big Lush lover plus I tend to pick up alot for friends and family. I’m looking forward to hauling hard.
Here’s what Lush Holiday 2009 is looking like this year!
Lush Santa’s Rice Rice Porridge (6.45)
Fruity nutrition for your face to revive your skin. Exclusive to UK Shops.
Lush Let Them Eat Cake Lip Balm ($6.95)
Back from last year this balm is a tasty treat of oranges and lemons, currants and sultanas, vanilla, sherry and treacle.
Lush Sexy Boy Massage Melt ($7.95)
He’s shaped like Gingerman but he’s scented with revitalising lime oil and comforting cocoa.
Lush Candy Cane Bubble Bar ($6.25)
Back almost ever year this popular bubble bar smells just like Rock Star Soap!
Lush Christmas Even Bubble Bar ($6.95)
Soothing jasmine and ylang ylang perfume creating a relaxing Christmas soak.
Lush Ruby Red Slippers ($6.95)
My Christmas wouldn’t be complete at all without a Ruby Red Slippers to slip into my bath tub on Christmas Eve. I stock pile these bubble bars like nobody’s business because I hate suffering through Winter without having my fix. Spicy Carnation makes for a perfect bath each and every time. A fond favorite of the Muse’s.
Lush Star Melt ($5.95)
Smells just like Snow Fairy and creates a moisturizing bath to sooth dry Winter skin.
Lush Wee Harry Bubble Bar ($6.25)
Harry? Hmm one does think this would be named after Big’s (Mark) son.
He’s spicy and warm for a festive bathing experience!
Lush Want To Believe Bath Bath Melt ($6.95)
Looks like a lump of coal but smells beautifully of startflower oil and gorgeous fennel for a moisturizing bath.
Lush Christmas Party Bath Bomb ($5.95)
Bless Be! Christmas Party back for a brand new year. Another fond favorite of the Muse’s. A gorgeous, sparkling blend that will remind you of a fizzy mimosa!
Lush Cinders Bath Bomb ($3.95)
A fizzy, crackling bomb scented like spicy soda.
Lush Jingle Spells Bath Bomb ($5.95)
Back to deck your tube with an herbal blend that’s sure to please those with nose for fresh, greener scents.
Lush Christmas Pud Bath Bomb (1.95)
Christmas pudding isn’t a traditional part of Holiday festivals in the US but across the pond it wouldn’t be Christmas without it. That could be why this year Christmas Pud Bath Bomb isn’t making an appearance in the US…ahhh! Sadness! But no worries he can easily be added to your cart from Lush UK and airmailed right to your tub. You’ll want him there to match up with your Snow Cake soap!
Lush Mister Butterball ($3.95)
Speaking of traditions Mister Butterball stops back for another Holiday season. He’s the same old great formula of Butterball but shaped like a chilly little snowman.
Lush Satsumo Santa Bath Bomb ($5.95)
A little fizzy orange for your warm bath? Shaped like a Santa this burst of orange scent will wake you up!
Lush So White Bath Bomb ($3.95)
Sparkling apple scented snow for my bath? Ok, I’m in.
Lush Fairy Tail Sugar Scrub ($4.95)
This is literally a fairy “tail” come true. Sweet pink sugar and strawberries help scrub away dry skin.
Lush Snow Fairy Shower Gel ($8.95-$19.95)
I’d have to call off Christmas if Lush failed to bring my my favorite shower gel! This sweet, fruity blend is all girl! Gorgeous and a must have!
Lush Snow Showers Jelly ($6.95)
Sparkling mimosa is what this one reminds the Muse of. It’ll wriggle (literally) into your heart and shower!
Lush Strawberry Santa Shower Gel ($5.95)
Strawberry Santa makes his second starring appearance this year with Lush. I didn’t try him last year but am determined to get me some this year (he sold out quickly).
Lush Angel’s Delight Soap ($5.95)
Fruity-goodness is what the Muse deemed it..but some Lush fans have been known to say it smells of cat pee…..*wince*
Lush Father Frost Soap ($6.95)
Lush is the only one who can get me excited about a fragrant floral bouquet soap.
Lush Snowcake Soap ($6.95)
Snowcake soap is meant to be stock piled. I buy an entire wheel every year so it lasts me throughout the year….could. not. live. without. snowcake. ’nuff said.
As you can see it’s a huge lot of items to get happy about. I’ll do my normal hauling from the UK and of course hope for a good offer on boxing day to haul some more. Any excuse to buy ridiculous amounts of Lush like it’s about to go out of style.
