You asked so here it is, what I hauled from Sephora Friends and Family. Actually I’m so diseased I placed my order as soon as I got up this morning just in case items I wanted sold out fast.

This is only my first cart….knowing me I’ll go back at least two more times because I can’t resist stocking up plus I still have to do a gift order for mates and family. But here’s the haul for me!

I believe that’s everything…..I’m still looking into hauling the Shu Uemura Tsumori Chisato Planet Cat Collection but it’s not in stock as of yet. Will wait a few days and hope it’ll pop up.
My second order will probably consist of items I’m running low on such as makeup remover, etc….I’m hoping this is it for now but knowing me I’ll be back for a second helping plus as I mentioned still have to haul gifts and such.

I got the Stila Smudgepot Collection and the DiorSkin Compact Foundation (my second one).
I was thinking of the Kat Von D True Love palette, maybe a Nars blush and eyeshadow, and Shu Uemura eyeshadow.
For now I ordered what I needed.
I do want more though.

Ugh. I tried ordering when the sale started at midnight last night (I’m PST), but the website crashed. I tried submitting my order up until 2 am PST, then I finally gave up and went to bed. I then started having dreams (nightmares?) of me trying to order stuff from Sephora and failing because the website kept crashing, and then stuff started selling out in my dream, lol. (I also have really weird World of Warcraft dreams after a rough night playing, but that’s a different story)

Okay, I really want to know what you think of the DuWop Lip Mousse… it had horrible reviews on Sephora.com but I really liked the look of the Baked Apple…

So there it is… it was quite a big haul! I just received news that I have around a 95% chance of deploying again soon, a mere 17 months after coming home from last time if it happens. So I spend money to try to not think about it… What a life I chose! Thus the pomegranate wipes… last time I deployed Ibrought Shisedo wipes but the plastic case they come in wasn’t convenient to carry around in my rucksack, so I gave up and started using cheap wipes which weren’t very good for my face. I’m hoping the pomegranate ones are more portable.

I don’t know about internet service… I had relatively great service in Kuwait, but as deployments go that one was pretty cushy (I even played WoW for a little while until work and school got in the way!). Afghanistan is probably not going to be so forgiving on the internet addiction withdrawals! If this deployment ends up happening I will need to haul skincare big time… I didn’t realize last time that Sephora won’t ship to APO addresses. Bummer. The makeup won’t be a big deal because other than the occasional lip gloss (I use SPF as an excuse) I don’t wear it in the field or deployed. It’ll make for a huge haul when I get home and have to buy all new stuff though!
Okay, that turned into a major ramble. Short version – I don’t know about internet but if/when I go this time I’ll try to keep in touch. I think I mentioned before, I don’t have any friends who share the makeup and skin care obsession so it’s nice to have a place to vent.
