Urban Decay Stereophonic 24/7 Eye Liner Set Review and Swatches
The Muse already brought you news of the Urban Decay Hi-Fi 24/7 Eyeliner Set and today she’s bringing the good word of the second set from Urban Decay. Excited? I know I am because they are truly great little sets with an inexpensive price tag.
Jump for it.
I dunno if you remember this but a few years back Urban Decay Precious Metals Eye Shadow was my awesome of the moment. These were a creamy metallic eye shadow that had a jewel-like finish. Moral of this story is they did a look with Urban Decay Crash Eye Shadow and Urban Decay Precious Metal Eye Shadow in Big Ticket…it was this really wild purple look that had an edge but also managed to be very soft and fem due to the blend out of the shades making it more lilac than a richer purple…needless to say it was beautiful. I’m reminiscing myself silly because the exclusive shade in the Urban Decay Stereophonic 24/7 Eye Liner Set is Crash. If I dig deep enough I so know I still have Big Ticket around these parts, I wonder if it’s still usable to dupe that look from days of old?
Anyway!
‘Nuff of my babble.
Here’s the deets.
Stereophonic includes Crash (deep plum, exclusive to the kit), Zero, Underground, Gunmetal, & Heavy Metal Glitter Eyeliner in Midnight Cowboy. Love, love all the shades but I’m getting tired of Zero hehe…but I do understand why it has to be in there. Black is kinda the universal liner we all know, love, and use daily not to include it would be like cutting a leg off but if you’re like me and already own a dozen black liners it gets old fast. Aside from that the rest of the shades are rockin’.
Gunmetal is an obvious one right? It’s a metallic silver shade and quite nice to pair up with a smoky look. Underground is a metallic copper, Zero, standard black, and Crash really great plummy purple. Added bonus of a full size Urban Decay Heavy Metal Glitter Liner in Midnight Cowboy is just the cake in the kit. Midnight Cowboy is my favorite shadow so having a liner in the same shade is always a welcome addition to my makeup family.
All in all you can’t fail with these sets. They have a slew of variety, plenty of bang for your buck, plus if you’re all generous-like they make a rather fab-o gift.
Anyone hauling?
I soooo need the Super Stash in my life. Someone please tell me to not go there?
