Art Deco Holiday 2009: Art Deco Glamour Noblesse

Art Deco Glamour Noblesse 12

Note to self, gold and silver are out this Holiday and purple is in. Anyone notice a bit of a trend developing this Holiday with a heavy emphasis on purple?

Although purple isn’t commonly associated with the festive feel of the Holidays I still think it makes a rather snappy little shade none the less and in some aspects does quite give off a cheerful Holiday vibe. Commonly associated with nobility purple does have a certain chic, elegance that will be ideal for wearing and tearing through parties this season.

Art Deco places purple at the forefront of their new Glamour Noblesse Collection.

Jump for it!

Such a terrible shame that newer Art Deco collections are so very difficult to come by stateside as this Muse has eyes all over the Glamour Noblesse Collection.

As per last year’s Holiday Collection a brand new Art Deco Shimmering Highlighter will be available in shades of pewter, purple, and peach.

About the Muse

Isabella MuseIsabella is just an average everyday geeky girl who doesn’t blend her eyeshadow correctly, wears too much blush, and hopes she never finds her holy grail products because she likes the thrill of the chase so much. Her mission is to bring you super honest reviews on makeup, skincare, fragrance and all things beauty. She’s in no way an expert on the topic and she sure as hell isn’t a super model. But she’s passionate about makeup and is seeking like-minded individuals that like pina coladas, getting caught in the rain, and ones that enjoy spending hundreds of dollars at Sephora without feeling buyer’s remorse. Oh my gosh, yes! As you look around the cosmetics floor at Nordstrom all you see is purple holiday makeup!

This stuff looks breathtaking. One day when I’m in Europe, I’m just going to throw myself onto an Art Deco display. Polizia will have to carry me away.

haha karla 😀 Art Deco is such an incredible line it’s a bloody shame they don’t finally bring it completely into the US. Purple is a very dominant shade this season 😀 I kinda feel it for the Holidays!

I LOVE Artdeco and Have a lot of stores just near my house!:P (I can’t belive that I am so lucky at least with some brand!) And the shadows are amazing. I have quite a lot 🙂 Plus the prices are very friendly.

Hi Marina! We are all going to be jealous now 😀 Sadly we can only get it via home shopping but it’s not updated items 😛

  • Jamie

OMG these colors are sooooo pretty! never heard of the brand tho haha is it pricey? available in canada? (as developed as canada might be, we only have about 20% of the brands available in the states or sth…) 😀

BTW have you seen the holiday collection of sisley?? the colors are stunning!

hi Jamie! 😀 It’s a german brand 😀 not too pricey not. I’m not sure, I really hadn’t heard of it being in Canada. Last time I hauled it was from Sweden and quite decently priced.

I HAVE I HAVE, it truly is a stunning collection, agreed!

Ooooh, those eyeshadows… I think I need those. Don’t you think I need those? Yeah, see, I need those eyeshadows, I knew you would understand.

But only if ebay will play nice, because they don’t sell this brand here.

    I’m pouting, yes I am.
