Releasing with the JK Jemma Kidd Holiday Collection 2009 at your local Target this blush is sure to please anyone who likes a just kissed flush of color on cheeks.

What is it?

JK Jemma Kidd Cheek ID Colour Adapt Blush is a soft gel-like blush which adapts to your body chemistry for just the right shade of pink for cheeks and face.

I love this stuff! It blends easily onto cheeks and you only need a tiny dab to get fresh blushing cheeks. The shade applies on my cheeks as a rosy pink, kind of that just stepped in from a cold Winter’s night or just been kissed blushing pink. It’s slightly sticky but that stick is actually what makes it wear long. I wouldn’t say it adapts as I tried it on my sister (she’s considerably darker in tone) and it’s basically the same shade of pink on my cheeks that it is on hers but never you mind it’s rather flattering regardless.

Overall, if you love a natural, fresher blushing cheek color this is a perfect one. It’s also a great dupe for Givenchy Gloss Poetique at a way better price however you can’t multitask with it as you would Givenchy’s version but the good news is the JK line also has a Gloss ID which performs the same way.

As for this Muse she adores it for cool, Wintery cheeks!

Available now at Target.

About the Muse

Isabella MuseIsabella is just an average everyday geeky girl who doesn’t blend her eyeshadow correctly, wears too much blush, and hopes she never finds her holy grail products because she likes the thrill of the chase so much. Her mission is to bring you super honest reviews on makeup, skincare, fragrance and all things beauty. She’s in no way an expert on the topic and she sure as hell isn’t a super model. But she’s passionate about makeup and is seeking like-minded individuals that like pina coladas, getting caught in the rain, and ones that enjoy spending hundreds of dollars at Sephora without feeling buyer’s remorse. How funny! I didn’t realize that was a blush. I thought it was a refillable container. I’m going to have to go back and try that. Thanks for the review!

oh snap! i HAD this too. 😉
i don’t know whether it’s simply because you’re a fair bit fairer than me or that I was always cold when I dabbed this on but it just failed to show up and if it did, it appeared and then rapidly vanished again.
i ended up using it as a flushed, glossy stain on my lips instead (quite moisturising too) and used it up within a fortnight. haha!
