MeMeMe Poppy Tint for Cheeks and Lips Review and Swatches
Good Afternoon lovies!
Little busy here today! Just a note I have ALOT of comments to get through and I’ll be replying soon but I am behind, just wanted you to know where I am today.
Today I’m hitting pink hard so I dragged out my bottle of MeMeMe Poppy Tint for Cheeks and Lips.
Check it after the jump!
Oooo MeMeMe I’m telling on you! UK Brand MeMeMe continues to come out with awesome dupes of Benefit products, it’s latest, the new MeMeMe Poppy Tint for Cheeks and Lips which mimics Benefit’s popular Posietint.
MeMeMe is a brand available exclusively within the UK and can be found at Superdrug. If you check out E-bay UK occasionally an auction or two pops up with products from the brand. I get my fix from a good friend in England who did a little shopping for me.
This isn’t the first Benefit cop off from MeMeMe as they have done up a dupe of Benefit Benetint as well prior.
MeMeMe MeMeMe Poppy Tint is the same general idea as Benefit Posietint. Same formula, same shade. Not alot of different going on here. It’s basically a cheek and lip stain that’s a light, pretty pink shade. It’s a watery gel-like formula that blends easily onto the skin and leaves behind a very subtle kiss of pink. The formula does need to be built up in some cases as it is a tad on the sheer side but once you get the desired amount on correctly it gives a nice hint of cool pink to cheeks and lips.
At 4.99 it’s a rather nice little dupe to get your hands on even if you find you have to pay airmail postal to get it as Benefit’s version is three times more in price.
Overall, it performs pretty much the same exact way Posietint does. Shameless of MeMeMe to create such a good copy, right down to the packaging practically, but count me grateful for a cheaper alternative!
