Napoleon Perdis Shake, Rattle and Brush Roll Set Review

Napoleon Perdis Shake Rattle and Brush Roll Set 1

I’m so on board with the new Napoleon Perdis Gilty Pleasures Holiday Collection. One item that particularly has me crazed is the Napoleon Perdis Bronze Bonanza Set, must order this and own this and has it for my very own. I got the Napoleon Perdis French Riviera Gift Set on clearance last year and loved it so of course the Bronze Bonanza Set caught my eye right away!

Anyway…today isn’t about bronze.

It’s about the Napoleon Perdis Shake, Rattle and Brush Roll Set released as part of the Gilty Pleasures Holiday Collection!

Jump!

The set is really cute as it’s a chic metallic gold brush roll and includes six brushes. You get a Powder Brush, Blush Brush, Eyeliner Brush, Concealer Brush, and two Eye Shadow Brushes.

The brushes are pretty good quality and a nice mini size for travel. I love the packaging, I love the style, quite festive for gift giving, etc…I can’t think of a single thing wrong with the set as it’s quite a nice set of brushes.

However….

Ouchie on the price.

This is $85 bucks! I gasped out loud when I seen the price. I was pretty shocked as the rest of the Holiday Collection is very affordable in my humblest so I’m unsure exactly what happened with this brush set. The brushes aren’t full size just mini so that isn’t any reason for the price increase and the brush roll, as cute as it is, definitely isn’t any cause for such a huge price tag.

As sweet as this brush set is I can think of ten other sets available at the moment that are heaps cheaper in price. I’m still thinking they made some mistake here?

Overall, quite a nice festive brush set for the Holidays but the price seriously needs to be lowered down before I can recommend it for purchase. Cute but no likey the price.
