Stila Spring Collection 2010
Good Morning World!
How is everyone today? Gawd, long weekend makes for a lazy Monday morning, I can barely keep my eyes open. I hope everyone had a super Holiday and got all the pressies they asked Santa for! I had a brilliant one and got loaded up with some nice gifts from friends and fam!
Although Monday is by all means blue for me, please can it be overs already so I can go home, I still feel a bit happy after seeing the new Stila Spring Collection 2010 on Sephora.

In regards to favorites this could rightly land itself in my pile of favs since it contains an array of items that I’ll have trouble saying no to.
Stila leans towards a bit of the controversial side of Spring beauty with this release as it’s a release of items that don’t really have a spot in the ideal image of Spring shades or products. Never you mind though, it’s gorgeous none the less.
Much to my delight a large size of the new Stila One Step Makeup Foundation ($44) is available now. My…our original rant with this was it could only be purchased with the new Stila Makeup Player and it didn’t have a ton of shade selections. Have no fear now you can purchase it as an individual item in a variety of shades to suit many tones.
On the heels of it’s success with the Stila Bold Beauty and Barbie Palette, Stila took the initiative to create Stila Eye Shadow Trios ($20). These are standard shadow pots that house a trio of colors. Available in six shade selection I’d say they are something to get hyped about.
Unconventional for Spring but nothing short of gorgeous the new Stila Jewel Eye Shadow Palette ($32) is a gorgeous affair made up of four shades of yummy, sparkling shadow. Can you say fall out? I don’t mind, I’m blinded by all that glitter!
Stila Jewel Lip Glaze Trio ($32) accompanies the release of the palette with a trio of lip glaze infused with shimmering shades of color.
Shades included are:
Pink Diamond (pink with pink sparkle)
Amethyst (warm plum with gold sparkle)
Golden Topaz (amber bronze with pink sparkle
I absolutely adore Stila stains so I’m delighted by the new Stila Yumberry Crush Lip and Cheek Stain ($24) which is appears to be a youthful shade of bubblegum pink.
Stila Black Diamond Mascara ($24) is new mascara swirled with authentic crushed diamonds. Available in black and blue shimmer.
Stila Stay All Day Waterproof Liquid Eye Liner ($20) should appeal to the liquid liner crowd who want a long wearing liquid liner to get you through the day and into the night.
And finally, although not really part of the Spring collection, Stila has boxed up two of their popular lip stains and placed a lovely $10 price tag on their heads. Stila A Couple of Crushes includes Stila Lip and Cheek Stains in Mango Crush (sheer, shimmering coral) and Stila Pomegranate Crush (deep berry). Sweet deal right?
Overall, the entire collection is an absolute win for me. I love Stila for releasing the new foundation in a larger size, must pick one up before my other runs low. Also adoring the shadow palette, lip glaze trio, and new eye shadows. I’m seeing a purchase in my future shortly as all of this is too good to pass up.
