Ah I’m such a negative girl today! The only Kat Von D items I’ve tried (and believe me, I love her, I really wanted to like them!) were the gloss & one of the palettes. I hated them. The palette wasn’t pigmented enough for me. It was my friends and about 3 or 4 months old, but it was sooo hard and you couldn’t pick anything up with a brush! I got the Bam gloss thinking it would be all purpley gorgeousness and it was just like wearing clear gloss (and too thick for my tastes too).
no kid Lisa? I’m kinda digging her palettes and singles. Never tried the lippies or gloss yet though! really? Oh noes! Bad experiences for you girl!
It’s made my sephora so sephora makeup isn’t so fab…there you go, case in point LOL!

This is an awesome set, but I’m not too thrilled with the eyeshadow palette. If it had a different palette, I’d consider buying it.

I think if I had to choose I’d rather have the MUFE deluxe eyeliner set + other goodies from Sephora if I was going to drop that much money.
I like the idea of sets, but there are always items they include which I would never buy on my own, like an orange lipstick AND lipgloss? One of the ways they get people (my included) to buy these big sets is by telling you how much you’d save versus buying all the items separately; but if you aren’t even going to use three or more pieces in the set, it’s not actually saving you anything.

I saw this like, two weeks ago, and I FLIPPED. Last weekend I finally got my hands on two KVD palettes (previously had tried a liquid liner and shadow duo in Metal Love and Livewire, respectively) and I ADORE them! I’d love this, but it is WAY outta my price range.

I am sorry to say that if I were going to drop over $400 big ones on cosmetics in one sitting, it wouldn’t ever be on KatVonD items. I liked the Beethoven palette, but everything I tried after that was enh. I would much rather have all of the MUFE liners or just a bunch of a lot of other Sephora goodies:)
