Etude House Moistfull Collagen Essence-In Pact Review
Hello World!
How’s Monday treatin’ you? Mine is pretty much the Monday from hell, hell, hell, hell….why did I say it four times? I was going for the echo effect, did it work? Sorry, loses it’s effect when you can’t actually hear my voice, darn.
I’m pretty happy to be at work as I’m having one of my productive days trying to get things cleared up around here. I’m also trying to watch Spartacus in the background but dude it’s so NOT work safe. Anyone see? Lots of sweat, blood, and sex!
With all that sweat flying those guys seriously need to pat those oily foreheads down with a good mattifying powder.
Check it after the jump!
Etude House Moistfull Collagen Essence-In Pact is a great little powder for light coverage or to set foundation. This powder is part of the Etude House Moistfull Collection which was an entire series of base products that would deliver hydration to the skin. You may recognize the collection from a few of my past reviews.
Etude House Moistfull Collagen Essence-In Pact promise to supply coverage while moistening and tightening the skin. I’m all for a powder that actually looks fresh on my skin and not patchy or mask like. The promise of moist coverage was very appealing however it’s pretty much a powder like any other powder in my humble opinion.
The powder is silky, offers nice, even coverage, and sports an SPF 25. It’s a typical Asian powder with a slightly chalky formula but still manages to blend out nicely and create a beautiful, flawless finish.
I admit I was disappointed it wasn’t moist coverage was advertised. A hydrating formula would be fantastic in the cold weather when I was skin was dry and tight. I know for myself I’m unable to sport powder when my skin is busy being dry so the idea of a moisturizing powder sounded fantastic.
Overall, quite a nice brightening powder, one that offers medium coverage, good for light wear, and mattifying oily skin but don’t expect it to look fantastic on dry skin as I’d say it was a no go. Very nice powder but nothing particularly special or unique about it.
