Lush Cinders Perfume and Lush So White Perfume Review
Everyone indulge in the Lush Perfumes?
Story time!
I originally ordered my fragrances during the UK Forum Party but my best friend Libs, who lives in London, was supposed to ship them to me as I shipped them to her addy. Last time I ordered from Lush UK two of my scents broke, they replaced them, but the problem is my mail man is a bit too rough and they just didn’t survive the trip so well. I trusted Libby to package them up a little bit better than Lush did so I shipped them her way.
Anyway.
She hasn’t gotten the chance to ship them out and I’ve been sitting on pins and needles awaiting them. When I seen Lush NA got the same fragrances in I decided to get two!
Now they introduced six fragrances but I had four of them already so I ended up with Cinders and So White with both my UK and NA orders.
Have a little jump to hear my review on them!
I’m a fond fan of the fragrances they create every year since they really capture the essence of the product. The fragrances are all very strong, with incredible throw, and great linger. A little goes a long way with each as they have a high perfume oil content.
The first scent I got was Cinders. I adored Cinders as a bath bomb and was quite excited to see it as a scent. It’s very warm and comforting with a heavy dominant note of sweet cinnamon and a subtle underlay of oranges. It has a crackle about it with a very warm and comforting linger. I want to say it’s a bit candy-ish but only a hint of sweetness nothing sickeningly ooey gooey. Very grown up and delicious.
I also indulged in So White which is equally as beautiful. This one is a heavy apple base with a refreshing hint of oranges but still a dominate not of crisp, tart apple. A tiny hint of rose wakes up the fragrances so it isn’t left as a pure fruit blend. Very relaxing and fresh.
Overall, in the five or six years I’ve been collecting Lush LE fragrance blends I’ve never disappointed and these do not disappoint. The blends are unique, interesting, and simply Lush in nature. They are the type of blends that become timeless classics that will turn heads and have people asking, “What is that you’re wearing?”
Gorgeous.
Simply gorgeous.
I highly suggest snagging some before they are gone. Available now from Lush.
