Soap & Glory SuperEyes SuperEyes Review
The Muse’s mission in life is to depuff her eyes! She’s never found a product worthy of the mission but she still continues on her adventure to find the latest, greatest, and best ways to tame the puff.
Her latest voyage to ease the puff lead her to the Soap and Glory SuperEyes SuperEyes Moisturizing Eye Gel.
Would it be the cure she’s been seeking?
Check it after the jump!
They tell me the best way to get rid of puffy eyes is to wake them up with caffeine. Soap and Glory SuperEyes SuperEyes indeed has caffeine which excited me to no end. Perhaps this would indeed be my escape into a world of puff-less eyes!
With the promise of firming, moisturizing, and reducing wrinkles and fine lines immediately it sounded oh so good to be true. I’ve found that normally when things sound to good too be true they normally are.
Mmm I dunno how I feel about this as of yet but I’m leaning towards saying it isn’t working. I hate to be a nay sayer when it comes to Soap and Glory but I seriously don’t think my eyes are any more super after using Supereyes for a near month now.
The formula of the product is a cooling gel which leans towards being a tad sticky. It feels lovely going on but my eyes are just a tad too dry to take full advantage and I find I have to follow up with a bit of Skin Food Black Raspberry Eye Cream to get the extra moisture I need. Depuffing? Nay again. I experienced absolutely no depuffing with the product, puff is still very much hanging out under these tired eyes. Claims of combating wrinkles on contact is a little overblown and again, have seen little to no visible signs in the fine lines under my eyes.
At $12.99 it’s not badly priced for all it claims to do but the problem is it fails to do anything at all. I do so hate giving any Soap & Glory product a bad wrap but this one sadly didn’t work for me.
It sounds like a super hero but it comes out looking like a lemon.
No likes.
