Milani Spring Collection 2010: Milani Liquif’Eye Metallic Eyeliner Review and Swatches

Hey Chicks!

Milani hittin’ up the Spring season with a brand new eyeliner that has the look of liquid metal in a waterproof, paraben-free formula.

Oh how I likey it!

Check it after the jump!

Milani Liquif’Eye Metallic Eyeliner is a new gel formula eyeliner with a metallic color pay off that’s waterproof and available in five popping shades.

Black, Silver, Gold, Aqua, and Brown should be on your hit list for Spring as they all range at $4.99 each and have a super incredible formula.

Now…I know L’Oreal makes their version but these are cheaper and I’m a likey the formula on these a bit better as they apply like a gel eyeliner. Very smooth, skip-free, with a dreamy, creamy formula. I tried out silver and it shines like a brand new quarter on my eyes, ideal for a smoky look.

By the way…about that waterproof formula….these are SO not going anywhere! They really are completely and utterly waterproof. The wear is incredible! No smudging, no flaking, no slipping and sliding off your waterline…they are bulletproof! Heck it took eye makeup remover just to get it off my arm after I swatched!

Actually after trying out the one shade I’m panting after the Gold, Aqua, Brown, and Black shades! They can’t get to my CVS soon enough!

Milani Liquif’Eye Metallic Eyeliner will be available at CVS shortly (or maybe you’re lucky and it already is!).

Get ‘em.

They rock!

How does the formula compare to Urban Decay’s 24/7 liners? Are they that soft? I kind of can’t wait to get my hands on these…

Do you know if these are safe on the waterline since they’re metallic? I doubt I’d use these on my waterline anyways, but I’m just curious. However, they do look like they’d make amazing bases for eye shadows.

Oooh, need. I’ve been wanting to try the L’oreal ones, but I so rarely wear eyeliner that the price just didn’t seem worth it. But these are cheaper and I do love Milani!

I got a black one, I got it at KMart- when I was looking at the last of the Max Factor stuff (I guess no one every goes to Kmart, so they seem to have lots of makeup) There were also sparkley glosses (I love the miliani 3-d ones already out) that were new, I got 3 of those too. I haven’t tried it yet, but I am excited to open it now.

Oh, and yes the only reason I have been inside a Kmart in my entire life was because it was listed as having makeup items I was looking for.

Omg. Milani Liquif’eye pencils are my HG eyeliners. The only bad thing about them is how reluctant they make me to oil them off every night. It takes…effort. I do wish they had a cobalt color (in the pencil) though. It’s true they don’t budge, but the color payoff is the real joy. Their black is even darker than…UD zero–I know, I know. Sacrilege. >.> You didn’t hear it from me.
