Pieces of Life: Comments, The Inbetweeneers, New Mac, and Doctor Who

babble

Hey lovies!

What’s the news today? Your dear old Muse wanted to say hey, how are you, what’s up?

I’m a tad behind on comments…eep! Like 400+ behind from the weekend plus older ones so just brace yourself while I get to replying. Sorries about that but it’s a really busy time of the year for me and I moderate comments so I can answer each one personally so if your comment hasn’t popped up yet just know I’ll reply soonish! Thank you for taking time out of your busy day to say hey, how you’re feeling about a new collection, etc…I appreciate the chat up and adore talking to each of you!

So I’ll catch you up on life, the universe, and everything if you want!

Jump it for my latest Pieces of Life Edition!

I noticed a slew of great comments about the new MAC Collections cropping up. Dudes, we are so broke as smoke. I was lucky enough to score some MAC mail lovin’ yesterday as MAC Spring Forecast winged it’s way into my mail box but I still need to hit up my MAC counter to grab some more bits and bobs. Lovin’ this collection so much!

How sick is MAC To The Beach? I’m saying MAC Summer 2010 is going to be all sorts of hawtness! And MAC Too Fabulous? Ace! Loves it!

Anyway…

Gotta tell ya about my latest obsession, The Inbetweeners! It’s this new show (new for the US anyway) that premiered on BBC America a few weeks ago. I adore crash humor and this is just it at it’s best. The Inbetweeners is this crazy Brit-Com about a group of sex starved teenage friends struggling through sixth form. One of the four, Jay, is absolutely sex obsessed and claims he gets chicks big time because of his membership in the caravan club…dude, the caravan club? Come on. Trailer trash lovin’ baby! But yeah…totally watch it if you like a bit of bad taste British comedy.

Pieces of Life 2

Oh…Doctor Who…

You so know you love when I get on the topic of the good Doctor. Episodes are pretty much in the can for the 11th and I actually have all the eppy names but I won’t say ‘em out loud in case you want to be surprised but two words I will say, “Weeping” “Angels”…..SWING! In other news Barrowman is going to be on Desperate Housewives as some sort of villain, DT is about to hit US shores with Rex is Not My Lawyer, and Torchwood America could be coming atcha soon minus the bisexuality we so dearly love. If you follow me on Twitter you already know most of this but let me have a brief babble. Brit turned American, played lawyer and failed….hello rewind. Dig? Jonny Lee Miller, Eli Stone…you see what I’m getting at? I fear the same for Rex. Love ya DT but thinking this isn’t going to work dear heart. And ’bout that bisex stuff….Torchwood America such a bad idea but I may eat my words in a near future post, I say bring it, I look forward to seeing how they work the angle but don’t expect racy man love on Fox, at least that’s my opinion and really isn’t that part of the reason why we love Jack? His sexuality.

Pieces of Life 1

So yes we have British invasion to look forward to, that’s if you count Barrowman as a Brit. I happen to consider him British myself.

Pieces of Life Captain Jack 1

I have a ton more Doctor Who bits but I won’t spoil it for you but I’m sure you heard Neil Gaiman will be writing a episode in the near future. Holy cow my fav author and Doctor Who? Yes please!

So that’s my story and I’m sticking to it.

What’s your deal?

How’s your day?

Go right ahead and babble.

All the Doctor Who news coming out in dribs and drabs have been making me gleeful and giddy. I saw the trailer with Matt Smith & the weeping angels and just about screamed.

god aimee I nearly screamed myself. I had my doubts about little baby Matt but I’m liking what I see so far. Doctor grows younger in face and body and older in spirit as the years go by :-D

and all the surround rumors about the weeping angels and the end of time has me in hysterics :-D

I hope you get through the comments soon! I really appreciate, that you answer them all and it must be such a lot of work.
So take care of your MAC-paying job ;)

What did you get from MACs Colour Forecast!? I want all the details, I need to wait nearly two more weeks.

And I sooooo agree about Torchwood, the thing the all have going one there definitely adds to the whole aura (LOL) of the show. I mean Captain Jack and Gwen were also all heardshaped-eyes for a while.

And Neil Gaiman will be writing an episode for Dr. Who? I will so watch that! I love his stuff :D
Man, so I sound like a geek *seesh*
