Sana Pore Vacuumer Hot Cleansing Gel Review

The Muse has already attacked the stubborn blackheads on her nose with the Sana Pore Vacuumer Hot Gommage and failed epically but she was up for battling the rest of her face with the Sana Pore Vacuumer Hot Cleansing Gel.

Jump ahead to see how that battled worked out.

I don’t have blackheads on my face but I was still into the idea of a hot cleansing gel. I love the Biore Self Heating Mask so I just assumed that Sana Pore Vacuumer Hot Cleansing Gel would be a mess free way to get my fix on because you know, those damn pods from Biore are so bloody messy aren’t they?

Sana Pore Vacuumer Hot Cleansing Gel is supposed to have a heating effect which target stubborn blackheads, specially designed to use on the entire face plus it helps to tighten pores and visible reduce them. Obviously none of these problems plague me so I can’t say for sure if it’s working but if you want my honest opinion I’d say nay considering most “pore” cleansers like this don’t do all that a fab job of getting the gunk out!

Actually I was kinda disappointed at the promised heating effect as I didn’t get much? You’re supposed to use this on a clean, dry face. The formula is a sticky gel which you massage into skin for a few minutes and rinse. You can also leave it on as a mask treatment and rinse after 5 minutes. Either way the heated effect was very tame and I didn’t experience the full effect. Maybe I got a bad tube? Dunno..but no heat here.

Knowing Sana’s track record with products like this I’d say it was probably a tad gimmicky but the good news is it does feel like a nice deep clean, leaves my face feeling very clean, and doesn’t dry me out so I’ll continue using until I run out but probably won’t purchase again.

Anyone try?

i tried before some “heating gel” that claimed to be able to remove blackheads and reduce pore size… so far.. none of them had worked! hmmmM…. time to move on and look for other type of products instead? 😛

good thing I didn’t buy it and waited to see if you would do a review!! I have blackheads and I HATE them!! 🙁

I’ve tried everything and nothing works gr8!! Right now I am using Baviphat Applemint Pore Tightening Deep Cleansing Balm *believe it or not I’ve ordered another one* it’s a pretty big size…don’t know why I use it but to me it cleans my pores and makes them appear less :/ maybe am being delusional and imagining that I’ve found my miracle pore product!!!

Hopefully, if you don’t have this you’ll get it and do a review…since I always look forward to a “pro” like yourself do a review…to see if am really just being delusional about pore products!!!

Anything that works well for you or that you think will work well?

    • the Muse

suz don’t bother, it’s a waste of cash. I doubt it’s going to help with blackheads. LOL I’m always disillusion when it comes to skin care ;-D

oh suz I am SO not a pro hun 😀 I’m just a hobbyist hehe that loves makeup and babbles on about it! I’m flattered you think so 😀

Well the problem is I only get blackheads on my nose and my pores aren’t large at all so it’s hard to say what would work great but I have heard that the Kose Seikisho Mask is a god sent for blackheads!

      • suz

oh please!!! YOU ARE A PRO!!!

yeah my nose is the only freaking problem!!! SOMEONE needs to find a miracle product!!!

ohhhhhhhh I’ll look it up and see if I can get one then!!! Thanks

        • the Muse

aw thanks suz! 🙂 *hugs* I really am not 😀 Just a great lover of beauty 😀 OMG yes! My nose is so stubborn! You’re most welcome! Try a little silver powder 😀 that kinda helped me with my nose!

I bought this last year, while SANA products were on 20% off.

I was pretty disappointed after one use. No heating effect (alright, I did feel a slight warming, but that could be from all the rubbing), and pretty meh for something I paid about $8-9 USD.

    • the Muse

ah christina same experience with it here, another gimmicky sana product gone bad 😛

  • jenny

I recently bought this product and was really excited to use it…extremely dissapointed! It felt like I was smothering a tube of Vaseline all over my face, oily and gross! I think it actually clogged my pores if anything! I will stick to my origins charcoal mask from now on.

    • the Muse

aw sorry to hear jenny. Didn’t have the vaseline experience tbh but def didn’t see much in the ways of results 😛

I guess I’m the only person who has had success with this product. (I actually just finished using it on my face)

The gel Coupled with the pore vacuumer for your nose, I have noticed my pores shrinking. I didn’t notice full results until after two weeks or so.
