Cettua Before Having Date Sheet Mask Review
Oh boy, my winning streak with Cettua came to a screeching halt early last week when I tried out the Cettua Before Having Date Mask.
Ugh!
Jump!
First off how much do you dig the name “Before Having Date….” hehe someone’s Engrish is a little off.
I was excited about these as it set me back a mere $3 for a pack of four, score, steal! Plus the cute name kinda had me smiling.
These are pre-moistened with marine collagen which promises to deeply moisturize skin but let’s face it every mask promises all the good stuff right?
Here’s the deal the mask is good. Plenty of essence, very moist. It left my skin very dewy, quite moist, and hydrated. Nothing at all lacking with the formula for the price.
However, a few problems….first of all the mask has no sheet backing so they are pretty much left to their own devices soaking around in the packet so when you open them you have to be every so careful when unfolding as without that sheet backing the likelihood of tearing the mask is about two to one.
Second problem and most important one of all. The fit of the mask is awful! Oh lawd. I guess you have to have a really long face to take advantage of these because the piece that should have surrounded my mouth was hanging down around my chin, leaving my chin completely bare. It’s laughable how badly it fits. If I try moving it up for a better fit I end up covering my eyes and moving it down, my chin isn’t covered….what a disaster.
Aside from the terrible fit and the lack of a backing the mask itself is good however unless you have a super long face I just don’t feel like they are worth a purchase. In my opinion their is nothing worst than a sheet mask that doesn’t fit your face correctly…
Guess I’ll be having my date without having my mask before hand…..No likey.
