Cettua Half Moon A & E Patch Review
Cettua Nose Strips may be guilty of being absolute rubbish but the Cettua Half Moon A & E Patch do not suffer a similar faith thankfully!

Cettua Half Moon A & E Patches are an under eye treatment that are absolutely awesome for when you’re heading out for the evening. Give yourself 30 minutes of wearing these little guys under your eyes and than head out the door looking all kinds of delicious.
These are half moon shaped patches that fit snugly beneath the eye area. They are made of a durable fabric with a gel backing. You won’t experience an essence soaked eye mask but simply a gel backing which when adhered to your under eye area will simply offer a cooling effect the entire time it’s on. As you wear these, you’ll notice that the gel begins to slightly evaporate from the heat of your face so when you finally do remove them some or most of that gel will be gone and absorbed by your skin. I couldn’t tell you the exact ingredients of that gel but Cettua promises it’s a concentrated dose of specialty formulated good stuff for the delicate eye area…ok, that sounds cool to me!
The patches are excellent for prepping because they calm down certain puffiness, offer a a bit of moisture (not alot but enough to notice), and also they are heavy enough to weight the eye area down. Now…this is where it gets interesting. Weight down the eye area? Talika makes a similar eye patch that’s quite heavy, the effect of the patch is that the weight somehow temporarily stretches out fine lines and wrinkles. It’s an interesting effect. These actually use the same technique and fine lines and wrinkles will be temporarily gone. The effect lasts for a few hours at most but if you’re sporting some fine lines, these are worth a try out, particularly if you’re having a big night out!
Overall, the effects of the mask are merely temporary and fleeting but it doesn’t stop me from recommending them particularly prior to heading out for the evening or if you have some extra time before work. You’ll need a good 30 minutes to wear them so keep that in mind prior to slapping these bad boys in place.
I can probably get better moisture from a good eye cream however I liked how they ever so slightly eased the puffiness under my eyes, offered a small dose of much needed moisture, and lightened the load of my fine lines for a few hours.
Pretty nice stuff.
I got them for $8 in an Asian market but they are online at Sasa a mere $5.80. Well worth a try.
Likey!
