Those liners (pencils ones not the liquid. As we all know what a klutz I am when it comes to applying liquid liner!) are looking quite delicious and not too badly priced.

Wow, that quite pricey for target, but I’m sure its probably pretty good quality to have a department store price tag.

I’ve discussed the pricing in several past posts. Quality does match price tag though in most cases
