Mally Beauty Mally’s Baby Blush & Lip Gloss Duo Review and Swatches
Hey chicks!
So I wanna know everything you hauled at the QVC Beauty Bash. OMG they had so much great stuff. I got up at 5 this morning and skimmed through the programs on my Tivo before heading for my morning walk and man, I was gobsmacked. After coming back for my morning shower, I hit up my computer and did some damage.
I got the Mally Beauty Face Primer, the Lorac 4 Piece Eyeshadow Palette with Primer, Laura Geller “Backstage Beauty” 3 Piece Color Collection, and tarte Set of 3 Lipsurgence Lip Stains.
Phew!
How ’bout you?
They had some crazy great deals but some stuff I missed out so I’m in wait list limbo, ugh hate that.
Do share what you got!
Oh, I also got the chance to try out the new Mally Beauty Mally’s Baby Gift Set!
So cutes!
I think you needs it!
Check it!
What is it?
Mally Beauty Mally’s Baby Blush & Lip Gloss Duo is a set that includes a Mally Beauty Blush in Baby Blush and a Mally Beauty High Shine Liquid Lipstick in Baby Blush!
The Good….
Cutest set ever peeps! If you look flattering in pinks you’ll adore this set. It comes with a universal shade of pink that can work with just about any skin tone (not so much darker but fair, medium fair, olive, etc….). The blush has a lovely soft formula that blends easy and has plenty of pigmentation for either a softer look or with a little bit of a heavier hand you can get a brighter pop of color. It comes in a shiny metallic pink compact so if you love pretty packaging this should appeal! You also get a matching gloss which is a cross of peachy and pink. The gloss is super tacky, super sticky, and extra thick so it wears incredibly long. I realize sticky gloss isn’t entirely comfortable but you’ll be quite pleased at how long it wears due to this formula. The overall look is fresh, natural, and Spring-ready!
The Bad…..
Not alot of bad aside from the fact you have to pay for shipping and handling from QVC! Boo! Hate shipping and handling fees!
Who might like it?
- Women who don’t like to wear alot of makeup but desire a fresh, natural look.
- Anyone seeking a fresh, pretty Spring makeup look!
- Women who look flattering and feel pretty in pink!
- Mally Beauty Fans!
Who might not like it?
- Can’t think of a single person who won’t dig on this kit!
Final Thoughts…..
The kit is $28 with a $4 shipping fee breaking down the cost per item to $17 each. Honestly, in my opinion that isn’t too great a price to pay as I’ve dished out a slew more on a blush and lipgloss. The overall look is ideal for the days I want to go with a minimal makeup look but still look pretty and very fresh. The kit is rather cute and deserves a look at particularly for anyone who likes fresh, fuss-free makeup!
Likey!
