Napoleon Perdis DéVine Goddess Collection

Can you believe Mother’s Day is a week and a half away? I need to get myself together and see about getting my dear old mum a lovely gift. Mind you, get this, she isn’t a makeup person AT ALL. GASP! I know right? Maybe I was adopted! I can’t honestly be related to this woman.

Hopefully your mum is nothing like mine.

If she does love beautiful makeup you might want to check out the new Napoleon Perdis DéVine Goddess Collection.

Jump!

For Mother’s Day 2010, Napoleon Perdis has designed an adorable kit for Mother’s (or in this case for me! I love this set! Will have a review for you shortly).

The Napoleon Perdis Mum’s the Word ($35) (I say change the name to Muse’s the Word since I’m the one using it!) gift set includes an eye shadow and blush palette featuring delicious matte shades plus a full size mascara and deluxe samples of the two Devine Goddess Lipsticks and a deluxe sample of Napoleon Perdis Auto Pilot Pre-Foundation Primer. The entire set is bundled in a beautiful floral watercolor box with a matching greeting card which I already filled out to myself.

To Me,

Happy Mum’s Day! Enjoy the makeup even though you aren’t a mother!

From Me.

I figure I could sport the makeup on Mother’s Day and tell my mom look what I purchased for her!

Also as part of the collection the Napoleon Perdis Complex Skin Renewal Serum assists skin repair and protects your skin from free radicals while promoting collagen renewal. Designed for day and night usage, and manufactured in Switzerland, the sophisticated serum helps combat the visible signs of aging.

I like the sound of the skin renewal complex and hello it looks so very important in that slick black and gold bottle.

How about your mum?

Hard to buy for?

Is she as into makeup as you?

About the Muse

Isabella MuseIsabella is just an average everyday geeky girl who doesn’t blend her eyeshadow correctly, wears too much blush, and hopes she never finds her holy grail products because she likes the thrill of the chase so much. Her mission is to bring you super honest reviews on makeup, skincare, fragrance and all things beauty. She’s in no way an expert on the topic and she sure as hell isn’t a super model. But she’s passionate about makeup and is seeking like-minded individuals that like pina coladas, getting caught in the rain, and ones that enjoy spending hundreds of dollars at Sephora without feeling buyer’s remorse. If you’re that person feel free to reach out and leave a comment or follow me on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Bloglovin‘.

My mom uses absolutely nothing on her face. Nothing. No makeup, no creams. She washes her face with water and a washcloth at night. Even after I convinced her she needed to start using antiaging (she’s in her 50’s for pete’s sake) and she bought a complete Dior regimen, she use’s nothing.
I’m complete product junkie. I believe it’s because our mothers deprived us of our right as children to play with our mother’s makeup.

Very cute! I got my mom some Lush, as she loves it (almost) as much as I do.
