New in Beauty: Josie Maran Magic Marker Lip & Cheek Stain

Markers seem to be where its at this season eh? MAC Art Supplies led the way and so did Givenchy Printed Lips and now…..Josie Maran Magic Marker hits the scene for lips and cheeks.

Could be good right?

Jump!

What is it?

A long wearing natural lip and cheek stain. Now where as most of these markers sport a formula for lips they aren’t so great for cheek application so that’s where Josie Maran Beauty steps up the game as this formula is created for both lips and cheeks. How well it performs remains to be seen but I like the idea of being able to wear on cheeks as well (just not loving the idea of using on my lips and proceeding to follow up on my face if you get my meaning).

It sports Hylronic Acid and sugar extracts to smooth and plump lips as well plus is formulated without parabens, sulfates, etc…..good for you ingredients only here peeps!

Available in the following shades:

  • Flamenco (cherry red)
  • Foxtrot (berry wine)
  • Jitterbug (bright light pink)
  • Jive (coral pink)
  • Mambo (beige)
  • Waltz (berry rose)

Sadly, the price rings in at a whopping $19 dollars, wince. But if the formula proves incredible I might be able to disregard it….

Review coming shortly.

oh one more thing, have you tried the givenchy one & i missed it? seems like fr what i read it dries up quick 🙁 which is garbage imo for $25. and yet still it enters and exits my cart on a regular basis . ..

It seems to me that all of these higher end brands stole this product from Cover Girl.
