Beauty on a Budget: Freeman Beauty Superfruits Revealing Peel Off Facial Mask

Anyone a lover of peel off facial masks…

TMI moment.

I really dig ’em because I like peeling stuff. Skin, scabs, whatever you got, I’ll peel it.

So honestly a peeling mask is like heaven for me. I go into nirvana mode when I’m presented with a large scale of peeling action like the one I can get from a facial mask.

w00t!

But ok…’nuff ’bout peeling now. Freeman Beauty Superfruits Revealing Peel Off Facial Mask is good for stuff other than peeling!

Jump!

What is it?

A super duper fabulous beauty budget ($3.99 yo!) peel off faciak mask that has a mega 8 complex which combines eight super fruits such as goji, acai, mango, cranberry, and blueberry. These super fruits aid in detoxifying stressed out skin and going to work brightening it up.

The Good….

As with most peel of facial masks this is a heavier, sticky gel formula. This has the consistency of honey as it has quite a good deal of tack and stick. You simply smear it on a freshly cleansed face and sit around for 5 to 10 minutes until it begins to harden up. After that, if you’re like me this is the good part, you can peel it gently away. It leaves behind brighter, healthier looking skin!

The mask has a slightly fruity scent but you can’t really pin point the exact fruit…it’s sorta of a clean fruit smell. The gel is comfortable to wear in my opinion and dries down quite quickly. It peels off in a snap so you aren’t struggling to remove this. It draws out dirt, oil, and just leaves behind fresher looking skin.

The Bad….

Nothing bad to say about it.

Who Might Like It?

  • Anyone who wants a cheap peel off mask!
  • Anyone who wants a mask to remove dirt, oil, and certain dullness in a quick peeling action!
  • Anyone who likes to peel stuff (like I do!).

Who Might Not Like It?

  • Anyone who’s uncomfortable smearing a sticky, thick layer of gel on their face (kinda feels like honey!).

Final Thoughts…

For the price, I’m all on it. It’s a nice way to sit back and relax for a second and an even nicer way to remove left over oil and dirt that your cleanser may have missed. It brightens your face up however the effect is temporary. I like using it after I’ve cleansed my face for the night as it makes the application of my night cream so much easier plus I wake up with glowing skin.

Nice stuff.

Can’t really beat that $3.99 price tag!

Anyone try?

I love peeling masks off, I feel like I’m taking off a layer of my own skin 😛 I just got one from this brand, but it’s cucumber. It smells so clean.

Oh, I’ve never done a facial mask before, this is tempting! I looked at the site but I couldn’t find a “where are we sold?” link…I wonder if they’re at Target?

I love peel-off masks just for that – so I can peel them off..is so much fun and a lot less gross than some other stuff I..err…like…to peel.

The best thing about peel masks is that they are excellent for dry skin. I can’t wait to try this!

      Excellent for dry skin?
I just bought this today and tried it… When peeling off, my skin peeled along with the mask, leaving me with dry peeling skin.
      Doesn’t hurt though.

I don’t know if I should keep using this or not.
It seems like the mask is worsening my condition. Or maybe it’s peeling my dry skin off until there’s no more dry skin left?

      -confused-

hi vanny I wouldn’t continue to use something that is drying your skin out or peeling off your skin. if it’s making things worst, stop using it immediately.
