Bihada Ichizoku Makeup Gorgeous Lip Gloss Shimmery Pink (Review and Swatches)

I have a slight obsession with Japanese lip glosses, just a little tiny one mind you, nothing major. I’m totally lying but let’s act like I’m not.

Jump ahead for the deets on a rather sweet little gloss from Japan!

What is it?

A sweet manga inspired lipgloss from Japan!

The Good….

Of course, I’m a sucker and purchased this purely for package reasons. I can’t help myself, I love great packaging but the gloss isn’t too shabby either.

Unlike many Japanese glosses this does not sport a plastic spatula applicator as it goes and takes an entirely different route with a lip brush. The brush is fabulous for building color and product up on lips plus it doesn’t have the misfortune of splitting (Bobbi Brown you are SO guilty of that). This is only available in two shades one of which is a shimmering beige and the one I have a shimmering pink shade. It’s not terribly pigmented but if you build it up a bit you can get a really nice sparkle of pink on your lips.

The Bad…

Not so easy to locate at retail prices.

I have this SO long I can’t even recall the price I paid but it was considerably less than what I see online at the moment. YesStyle carries it for $22 but that’s a little crazy so it’s kinda crummy it’s not easy to locate outside of Japan. You may want to check out Evil-bay for better deals.

Final Thoughts….

I think it’s a cute purchase if you can find it cheap. I like the gloss itself as it has a nice long wear and a pretty finish plus it fills my sweet tooth for kawaii makeup.

Worth the haul if you can find at an inexpensive price tag.
