MTV has a new reality TV show entitled Hired. Now, I’m not much for reality TV, actually I kinda hate it but I’m so on this like white on rice.

Hired is a behind the scenes look at preparing for and hopefully landing your dream job in fashion, beauty or at lifestyle a company. On June 3rd at 6:30 pm, the episode follows cult-favorite beauty brand (and the Muse’s fav brand) TheBalm as they search for a new office assistant.

In the interview, three applicants are asked to pitch a brand new product idea to the staff of theBalm. Squee! This is so exciting! I wish I was one of the applicants!

Hmmm I’ve been thinking about my own good idea to pitch and I’d name it after myself of course, “the Muse”. It would of course have to feature some fabulous buxom pin up girl on the package….

But what type of product would it be hmmm….blush? shadow palette? Choices, choices…
