What is it?

A super light, weightless skin perfecting gel that evens out skin tone with a formula that features Vitamins A and E which keep skin feeling refreshed and hydrated plus SPF 30.

The Good….

If you have a duller complexion that needs a lighter hand to even out your skin tone and brighten it up this will do the trick. It’s weightless so your skin will barely notice you’re wearing anything at all plus the added benefits of SPF 30 in such a lighter formula is amazing in my opinion. So many products that sport higher SPF’s are either really greasy, really heavy, or leave a white cast on your skin, this does NONE of those things. The formula feels much like a tinted moisturizer would but has a very thin, runny consistency and is barely pigmented. Even though it lacks pigmentation it still manages to perfect my face beautifully and creates a beautiful finish. According to Pop this actually adapts to your skin tone, could be the case because I used the darker of the two shades and it really worked well at evening out my complexion.

I think one of the better things I discovered about the product is the fact that it keeps my skin hydrated all day and it doesn’t oxidize causing my skin to look ashy or gray like some foundations tend to do.

You can easily double this up as a base/primer if you want as well. Just add a few drops onto your face, blend out, and add your own foundation on top!

The Bad….

If you need heavier or extra coverage this won’t work well for you as the formula is very light and would be better suited as a primer for your regular foundation in cases where you need heavier coverage. Sadly, it comes in two shades selections so anyone who’s olive or darker skin may not find a suitable match for their tone.

Who Might Like It?

  • Anyone who likes the idea of lighter coverage with a high SPF.
  • Anyone who wants their dull skin to look brighter and fresher.
  • Anyone who likes a moist, hydrating skin perfecter.

Who Might Not Like It?

  • Anyone in need of heavy coverage.
  • Anyone who has olive skin or darker.

Final Thoughts…

For me this was a win simply because it had such a lovely light wear to it plus a high SPF. It feels like I have virtually nothing on my face but still manages to make my skin look fresh and revitalized. At this point I’m even unsure what to call it as it works as a base, primer, and tinted moisturizer so it’s really quite the little multitasker. Anyone with fairer skin will probably enjoy this immensely.

I have this in brighten shade 2 and I love it. It does what it says it may not cover entirely but, it does the job.
