    Hey Musey,

I’m after some new skincare stuff!
My friend recommended it to me since it cleared her skin, it’s a natural skincare brand called Moogoo. They have a super cute website that’s so tantalising!
But I just ordered something a few days ago so I don’t want to overload my credit card by buying more :(

Anything from the Dolly Wink line.. Especially the falsies, lash case, and the eyeliner pen! If only I weren’t on a ‘no-buy’ I would’ve ordered those cuteness overloads a looooong time ago! Sigh.. I swore I’ll only buy what I need/run out till my skincare/makeup ‘reservoir’ drawers get some room and it’s like, they are bigger in the inside!! ;D

I was thinking of trying the Mat Velvet foundation from MUFE since I’m getting some oilies on my face from the summer. And my Dior lipstick ran out, definitely getting more of that this weekend.

Well since I just bought two palettes from Stila I think my next purchase is going to be foundation. I have Clinque, Revlon Colorstay, Eve Pearl, and Covergirl at home but I’m not 100% happy with any of them (or even 90% for that matter). I’m using the Covergirl Whipped TrueBlend right now and it’s nice but I think I need something a little more high end. Any suggestions? Someone mentioned Bobbi Brown the other day. I might give that a whirl.

yay! now you got me more excited hehe this order may have to be made sooner than planned!

i was a little worried about the la vie because my skin is tanned (i know, i know… i hope we can still be friends :) ) and some blushes look so adorable in the packages ie benefit powders but don’t show up. do you have a swatch of la vie on here by chance?

your reviews are so helpful! i rely on them for items to add to my beauty wish list and it also helps me eliminate the flops so i don’t waste my money!

I need to make an actual trip to a Sephora store (I mainly buy from the site online) to pick the correct shade of Fresh Umbrian Clay Foundation for my skin. The concealer has turned out to be my HG, and so I am dying to see if the foundation is every bit as good. Also, I think I need to give Korres a little love this summer.

Muse, I have to say that I am an Urban Decay believer now after trying the nail polish and the Summer of Love palette! :)

I’m hoping to snag Make Up For Ever’s Duo Mat Powder Foundation and a couple of their new Aqua Creams (Anthracite and Golden Copper are calling my name). Also, a few MAC eyeshadow pans and brushes, Graftobian’s concealer palette, Kryolan’s Aquacolor Interferenz palette and Urban Decay’s Ammo Shadow Box. It’s gonna be a madhouse, so wish me luck! :)

I’m really feeling the need for Illamasqua in my life, lipstick and blush!…but I would like to see it in person first. None of my Sephora’s have it in store. But then from what I’ve seen of the fall collection from Chanel, on Temptalia, I will def need to save up for that!

Hi Ellie, the Laura Mercier mineral powder foundation is AMAZING. I’m using it right now and it’s super smooth (almost buttery!), gives great coverage (very buildable), has a very natural finish (looks like skin) and lasts all day if you use a primer with it! Hope that helps. I haven’t tried the Smashbox so can’t say anything about that xx
