I dunno how much you use eye liner but if you use it alot or you’re just on the hunt for something cheaper the new Rimmel London Special Eyes Precision Eye Liner Pencil should do you well.
Jump!
A super cheap, creamy eyeliner that will set you back a mere $3-$4 at your local drugstores!
Well, I will say it’s not the best eyeliner in the world but it does get my seal of approval for its budget friendly price tag. Formula is creamy, dreamy, and glides onto your eye with minimal fuss, tugging, or drama.
For a drugstore eyeliner it has a formula that kills it. I got the shade Black Magic which is a richly pigmented shade with a nice pop of drama. If it’s rocker chick eyes you crave, Black Magic is your girl.
You have your pick of eyeliners available at the drugstore but you probably won’t find a cheaper option and not one with such a nice creamy formula that glides on brilliantly!
Sadly, doesn’t last long on the waterline and tends to smear a little bit. I rarely suffer from raccoon eyes but used on my waterline I experience a bit of smearing and smudging as the day progresses a la a bit of raccoon action going on.
- Ladies searching for a creamy eyeliner that will set them back a few bucks.
- Anyone who likes hardcore black liner, Joan Jett style yo!
- Anyone with oily lids or eyes in general (this may smear up a bit even with dry skin)
For the price you can’t beat this one. A little drama with smearing but careful application seems to avoid this woe easily. I simply make sure that I apply it easily versus super fast (anytime I apply liner quickly I end up running outside of my waterline and this leads to smearing and the likes). I wouldn’t recommend it over say a MAC Eyeliner but this is still a hell of alot cheaper than anything else you’ll find out there and it works pretty well.
Not too bad at all!
