I think so!

Looks interesting doesn’t it?

The palette is a tad on the creepy side to be honest as when I think of Tarina Tarantino it’s more along the lines of eccentric kawaii overload with gothic underlay and this is anything but….interesting. I like the looks of the cream shadows however I’m left wishing they had more shade selection and I’m positively plenty of nail fan girls will be absolutely chuffed silly at the release of the polish.

About the Muse

Isabella MuseIsabella is just an average everyday geeky girl who doesn’t blend her eyeshadow correctly, wears too much blush, and hopes she never finds her holy grail products because she likes the thrill of the chase so much. Her mission is to bring you super honest reviews on makeup, skincare, fragrance and all things beauty. She’s in no way an expert on the topic and she sure as hell isn’t a super model. But she’s passionate about makeup and is seeking like-minded individuals that like pina coladas, getting caught in the rain, and ones that enjoy spending hundreds of dollars at Sephora without feeling buyer’s remorse. I am always so put off by Tarantino’s stuff because it looks so .. tacky 😡 I have seen all the nail lacquers before but i am interested in the cream shadows.

Muse this a bit off topic but I just started reading your blog and have been hooked on Korean skin care and make up for a while now, and would just like to ask where do you get your collections from? I usually buy them off ebay (-_-) and although I find fair prices the shipping cost is insane. Does GMARKET work well for you?

      hi cate.

Naa gmarket I HATE. 😀 haha I actually did a post about it a while ago and why I hate it 😀 I have a friend in Korea who purchases for me and others in Japan, Singapore, Etc….they get me most of what I need and anything else is hauled from Sasa or occasionally E-bay. The jacked up shipping stinks on e-bay and online stores but when I am really wanting something I just take the plunge hehe!~

Aw well thank you for answering my question. I actually found a beauty shop in Chinatown (NYC) that sells Korean cosmetics w/o crazy prices for the most part.

my pleasure cate. awesome. I live in NY too. There are alot of small shops in flushing and in Chinatown that have some goodies around.

I like the look of the palette and the polishes, but I agree–when I think Tarina I think pink gothic chic. I absolutely love TT, but I wouldn’t feel like I owned a piece of a TT collection with any of these…
