Make Up For Ever Metal Powder

‘ello!

I’ve been spending a little too much time abusing my best mate Rows from at Cosmetic Candy this morning that I’m WAY behind on my posts. Plus I had a ton of stuff to clear off my desk prior to posting today.

How’s your day treating you?

It’s rather a nice one here in New York today, kinda digging all the humidity we got going on lately as it means we still have some Summer to get through.

My little eye spies Make Up For Ever Metal Powders.

Oh yes please.

Jump!

The new Make Up For Ever Metal Powder is happily popping up at Sephora today. It’s a limited range of shades (only four, how unusual!) but all the colors look crazy cool for some sizzling Fall eye looks!

Check it!

Shades available:

  • Sunflower Gold (Yellow Gold Shimmer)
  • Maize Gold (Coppery Gold Shimmer)
  • Honey Gold (Tannish Gold Shimmer)
  • Olive Gold (Green Olive Gold Shimmer)

Honestly, at this point, I wants them all please.

These are $22 each and can be used wet or dry.

Whatcha think?

Also, did you notice, names NOT numbers! Yay MUFE!

About the Muse

Isabella MuseIsabella is just an average everyday geeky girl who doesn’t blend her eyeshadow correctly, wears too much blush, and hopes she never finds her holy grail products because she likes the thrill of the chase so much. Her mission is to bring you super honest reviews on makeup, skincare, fragrance and all things beauty. She’s in no way an expert on the topic and she sure as hell isn’t a super model. But she’s passionate about makeup and is seeking like-minded individuals that like pina coladas, getting caught in the rain, and ones that enjoy spending hundreds of dollars at Sephora without feeling buyer’s remorse. i like that theres actually names and not numbers…but those colors all look REALLY similar.

ha me too peri! that was a total score for MUFE. mm yea but I def need to see in person as the swatches on sephora are always wrong, wrong, wrong 😀

  • LINDARRAGNAR

Muse i’m pretty sure if you own the MAC CRUSH PIGMENT in set #2 this is the EXACT same thing… I think….
I wanted to try these until I noticed how close they are! 🙁

The colors are not similar at all. I’ve had #2 for months and it’s a gorgeous bronzey gold. Now these are at my local sephora and I want #4 which is a vibrant green gold. The first one is really yellow gold, while pretty, doesn’t excite me. #3 is a deeper gold type of color. All gorgeous, so it’s a matter of preference.

You don’t even have to use these wet, they are just stunning.

Hi Shontay. Awesome thanks for the tip. Nope I mentioned wet or dry 🙂

I’m more excited about MUFE using names then I am about the actual product, LOL.

Yay thank you for turning me on to Cosmetic Candy! I <3 her header. Love having a new blog to read.

I like the Maize and Olive shades.

I tend to like greenish golds and copper or bronzey golds these days 🙂
