TokyoMilk Bon Bon Lip Balm in Let Them Eat Cake Review
For the record Marie Antoinette probably never uttered the words, “Let Them Eat Cake!” but lord knows it’s one of those saying that has stuck around for centuries and in some ways has been romanticized to the max.
Whether you’re fond lover of Miss Antoinette, the French, or simply the saying “Let Them Eat Cake!”, you might very well find the joy in TokyoMilk Bon Bon Lip Balm in Let Them Eat Cake.

I’ve reviewed TokyoMilk Bon Bon Lip Balm in the past so I’m not going to go into a full detailed rich review here. I’ll point you to my original review which can be found here for your reading enjoyment whilst I babble about Let Them Eat Cake in this post.
Those who enjoy tiny little indie beauty purchases should find the joy in most of the TokyoMilk Collection. Made up of vintage packaged soaps, lip balms, and beauty bits and balms the company markets to the those who simply adore pretty little things.
Let Them Eat Cat is obviously appealing for not only the balm itself but the packaging detail. The balm comes housed in a tiny little box featuring a glittery slice of cake and a Marie Antoinette look-a-like on the box. Inside you’ll be privy to a nicely weighted glass jar of lip balm scented and flavored with a petits fours favor. Think of a tiny little cake covered in a vanilla icing with a bit of a cocoa flavor. This comes across as a tad bit chocolate with tons of vanilla thrown in the mix.
The balm is a beautiful little vintage-y feel prettiness that totally appeals to my girlish good nature.
Loves it!
