I’m unsure what the different is between Gold Shimmer and Pure Gold Sparklicity and why the price jump…..but I think I may go ahead and order just out or morbid curiosity to see what the major difference is between the two. The brushes are sweet but they are a tad too highly priced and I have alot of brushes already.

I really love the palette and I honestly want it right now so I might not be able to wait for Sephora’s Friends and Family to indulge however I’ve dabbled a little with Tarina’s shadows and haven’t been too impressed as the formula runs a little chalky and matte but I’ll reserve judgment until I actually play with them.

Hi Muse! I too was confused initially about the difference between Sparklicity Gold Shimmer Dust and Sparklicity Pure Gold, but I figured it out. They have Sparklicity Pure Gold in the wrong spot. This is the jar version of the gold Sparklicity powder. So just like the original pink Sparklicity has a jar version and a spritzing bottle version, the gold one does as well. Hopefully they will correct it and put the Pure Gold in the right place so others aren’t confused!

Hi Muse! I’m wondering what is your take on the best lip gloss set for the holidays? I know many companies will be coming out with lip gloss sets and I want to buy one. Any opinions? I prefer glossy and non-sticky. This one is soooo cute!

Kelly I shall remain silent ;-D for now. Reason being is b/c I haven’t seen them all yet. There’s going to be ALOT more popping up so remind me later in October and I’ll give you a good recommendation. I will say avoid the Smashbox ones and the Tarte. Both are KILLER kits and it’s alot of product you get but last year I realized I didn’t use these as much as I did other stuff in my stash b/c they were as glossy a finish as I like. A bit drier if that makes sense 🙂

Is Sparklicity Gold Shimmer Dust going to be LE?
I hope not, with Venemous Villians and Tartan Tale I’m all spent out and would rather just buy it next year.
