Visee Royal Party Glam Nude Eyes Blond Fur Review, Photos, Swatches
Visee is a branch off brand from Kose and is sold or used to be sold exclusively in Japan. Since my earlier ventures into Visee, its become available in other parts of Asia but not within the US.
It’s been a while since I purchased any Visee Eye Palettes. The joy of a great Visee Palette was definitely not as appealing as it once was considering the brand started becoming a tad repetitive, color wise, for me.
I did feel like the Visee Royal Party Glam Nude Eye Palettes deserved a purchase particularly Blond Fur which felt different and unique enough to buy and not a constant rehash of the same colors the brand favors as of late.
Let’s have a look!
A gradating eye palette with four shades of eyeshadow (in gradating colors) and one liner shade.
This palette contains some really great, soft shades of brown, beige, peach, and pink gradating shades. The colors really have no definition since they have a combination of a few colors. The colors are utterly brilliant and very special in my opinion plus I can’t easily say I have such shades already in my huge stash of shadow. The palette comes in two color selections the one I’m reviewing for you today, Blond Fur and another entitled Rose Pink Fur. I felt Rose Pink Fur was too similar to my Glam Hunt Palette so I didn’t purchase it although I am second guessing myself at the moment.
Unlike US drugstore brands, Japanese drugstore brands are considerably higher quality and Visee is just one of many brands that offer an inexpensive price tag with a brilliant quality makeup. The Glam Nude Eyes Palette sports an excellent formula with a soft, silky cream-like powder texture to each of the shadows and great color pay off. The shades are very soft but are easy to build up for more pop however those who enjoy a more bolder, vibrant look might find that Blond Fur is a tad uneventful.
Shades included in the palette are a soft golden cream, pastel beige, off brown, soft shimmering golden peach pastel, and a darker chocolate brown liner.

Although the instructions for application are in Japanese they still include a simple to follow diagram. I blame Japanese Brands for some of my best techniques when it comes to blending, application, and contrasting eyeshadows as they include instructions for application with most every makeup item purchased and although five shades of color might be intimidating at first it turns into a simple procedure to apply and get an incredible eye look out of them!
You have to be extra careful to get the blending down right because the shades end up appearing frosty and a bit too shimmery when in fact the color should just have a very soft gleam. I rushed my look below and it came out messy so just take a little extra time during application to get it smoothed out perfectly.
The fact that the palette is available in Asia makes for a pain to track down and purchase it but E-bay can prove fruitful as well as www.adambeauty.com.
- Fans of Visee and Japanese Cosmetics (any great fan of Japanese makeup can get on board with this palette).
- Anyone who likes soft yet warm shades of color!
- Fairer skin chicas can really rock these colors!
- Anyone uninterested in tracking down beauty that isn’t easily accessible in local stores and doesn’t like online ordering.
I loved this palette and thought it created a very elegant eye look. Those who prefer more natural, nude shades of color will think these are some of the best shades around as they are unique and very different from colors you may already have in your stash. Application is a breeze and you might even learn a thing or two about application if you’re a bit clumsy when it comes to contrasting eyeshadow.
Gorgeous palette well worth tracking down!
