Sana Hadanomy Collagen Lotion Review, Swatches, Photos
This is kinda my little follow up review to the Sana Hadanomy Collagen Mist I recently reviewed for you. The Hadanomy Collection features a mist, lotion (toner), and moisturizer. Today I have the Sana Hadanomy Collagen Lotion to share with you! Asian skincare commonly refers to toner as lotion so don’t get too confuddled here as this is indeed a Toner not a Lotion as per the name.
Jump!
A facial lotion (toner) that sports a 1000 MG of Collagen for a lasting, hydrating effect!
Unlike many toners found in the US this isn’t a straight liquid toner and ranges more along the lines of having a runny, gel-like formula. It’s best suited to dabbing onto clean hands and patting in place rather than smoothing on using a cotton pad.
The toner has a glycerin-like feel so upon contact with your skin you’ll instantly notice a soothing, hydrating feel. I normally use the mist from this collection and allow it to set in and proceed to follow up by patting some of this on my face. I’ve been using the three products from this collection daily for a while now and my dry skin seems to really like the regime. My skin seems to retain moisture considerably better and doesn’t feel as dry as it normally does around this time of the year plus patchy areas have eased considerably.
I really love the lemony rose scent of the products as well and the very sweet pink heart design of the bottles and jars. Although not available in the US these products can be easily located online or if you have a strong Asian community in your area you can grab them from local Asian drugstores or shops at close to retail price!
If you don’t live in a city that has a strong Asian community you’ll probably have to resort to online purchasing which is sometimes a pain due to airmail shipping fees and tracking down product online, etc….
- Those with dry, flaky skin!
- Anyone who needs a lighter toner to refresh skin and get it makeup ready!
- Anyone who doesn’t enjoy online shopping or having to deal with abroad shipping, etc…
The toner feels light enough for most skin types so I’d say just about anyone can indulge. It’s a perfect prep for moisturizer or as a first step prior to foundation plus it leaves skin feeling very smooth and hydrated. If you’re looking for a more inexpensive skincare line this is one to indulge in plus it’s a quick two step (or three if you mist first) system that moisturizes skin nicely without feeling heavy. So far I’m really enjoying the Hadanomy Collection and quite impressed as Sana sometimes does release gimmicky products that do not work but this is actually quite great!
Very Muse Approved for purchase!
