Beauty on a Budget: Blend Shadows Out on the Cheap with the NYX Crease Brush
My fav brush is the MAC 224 but at nearly $30 for a single brush, well, this blending action doesn’t come cheap! If you’re currently looking for a budget alternative that will fit comfortably within the crease the NYX Crease Brush should do the trick cheaply!
Check it!
This brush will set you back $9 and in some cases cheaper depending where you shop it! The bristles run a little shorter than the 224 and a bit softer with less density but it still manages to fit nicely into my crease and performs that legendary window wiper motion that blurs and blends out shadow.
It doesn’t shed and the bristles are decently soft. Since it runs a bit smaller you’ll have a little less fall out to worry about as well. If you want you can double it up as a concealer setting powder brush as well to pick up small amounts of transparent powder and buff it gently under your eyes to set concealer.
If you simply can’t dish out $29 for MAC’s version, I highly suggest grabbing this one as it works a treat and you’ll have an extra $20 in your pocket saved.
