Cargo Jet Lag Concealer Review, Swatches, Photos

I swear any product that has “jet lag” in the name gets me. That must mean it’ll make my tired eyes and skin look all lively and awesome again if it’s fighting the effects of jet lag. Seriously, jet lag is some serious stuff….think dark circles, dry, dull skin because of the stale air in a plane.

Yes, products named after jet lag must indeed be miracle workers.

Cargo Jet Lag Concealer promises full coverage concealing power plus a formula to reduce puffiness and dark circles!

Does it work?

A click pen concealer that promises full coverage concealing and a formula to reduce puffiness and dark circles.

I wouldn’t call Jet Lag a full coverage concealer due lack of pigmentation. I’d say you’re looking at more light weight concealing power here but it does the job none the less.

If you have less than problem areas that need concealing Jet Leg Concealer is a good one try. Finer lines, puffiness, and just general tiredness under your eyes can easily benefit from this formula as it sweeps away a good portion of these problems in a few swipes leaving behind fresh, more awake eyes.

Formula is runny and not necessarily creamy however has a lightweight, hydrating finish which doesn’t settle into fine lines and wears well throughout a work day.

I find that this is good for days when I’ve had plenty of rest and only need a little smidge of concealer to look more awake however….

Days that I’m working on 4 hours of sleep and my dark circles, fine lines, and crazy tired eyes are showing the signs, Jet Lag doesn’t do the trick and I def need something a bit more pigmented to cover up all that tired.

  • Those that don’t necessarily need or use concealer (this is lightweight coverage for those who just want a fresher finish under their eyes).
  • Those in need of a quickie touch up (this is ideal for touch ups throughout the day).
  • Those who like a lighter concealer formula.

  • Those with severe dark circles to conceal.
  • Those who need SERIOUS coverage.

Cargo Jetlag makes a refreshing change to my concealer arsenal with it’s lighter formula. This is one I’d reach for on weekends or for touch ups throughout the day however not one I’d use when I need serious hardcore coverage. The lightweight formula feels refreshing and I could be imagining it but I feel like my eyes look alot less puffy after use. I don’t have nearly enough lighter concealers to work with so this makes a nice little addition to my concealer collection (which is huge as you know) for days I don’t need a ton of coverage but want something to brighten up my eyes and leave them looking and feeling refreshed.

Anyone try it?

Maybe the sheerer coverage is why they called it Jet Lag. Maybe they’ll come up with a fuller coverage one called Deadline Looming hahaha

Went shopping yesterday at ULTA and got sucked into a makeover with Cargo. Sucker that I am for looking good, which they did an amazing job of doing on this 53 year old face, I bought the whole thing. True test…is day two. So I wore the whole collection today to church and I have to say, I felt quite beautiful… That was because no less than 6 people mentioned how gorgeous my skin looked.Bottom line is that its working for me and I’d highly recommend it. I especially love the BluRay Primer, jet lag concealer and foundation with the pressed powder high definition finish.
