KATE Crystallise Quartz Eyeshadow

By Isabella Muse on January 27, 2011 6 Comments

in Asian Brands, Beauty Abroad, Japanese Brands, KATE

KATE Crystallise Quartz Eyeshadows are available for Spring 2011 in Japan. I’m a big fan of Kanebo’s edge-y brand KATE but it’s been a while in between my purchases because many of the shades are repeitive just in a new design style. Crystallise Quartz Eyeshadow Palettes fall victim to the same rehash of shades but the formula just tempts me so much.

It’s my addiction to shiny, shimmery things.

Let’s have a look!

Pretty great aren’t they?

The range is sadly not available within the US however online shops and E-bay are good resources if you desire a purchase.

Also, KATE’s website now has an English portal which is quite exciting! It can be located at www.kate-global.net

If KATE interests you I do urge you to have a look through the archives for reviews on products from the brand by clicking here.

pretty! which one would you get? i have a penchant for sensible brown palettes, the brown shiesedo luminizing satin eye trio & canmake shiny eyes are a couple my faves =) i’m wanting to order the inegrate rainbow grade eyes in green, been wanting a green palette – i only have one single green shadow! [unless you count turqoise as a type of green…]

Are you planning to buy it? I was asking my friend in HK to look out for me, but sadly this new collection is not available yet…

Which colors are you planning to get? I have recently bought quite a few browns and neutrals (like the naked palette, some coffret d’or and jill stuart shadows) so I am not sure which color I should try….

OMG!!! I love your site!! The other OMG is that… I was JUST in Thailand on my honeymoon in December and I saw KATE at Robinson’s and also at the mall at Centara Grand!! I even took a picture next to it bc I was like “WHOA!! A makeup line in my name!! COOOL!!!!” I didn’t want to risk buying any of the products because I always read reviews (like yours!) before I purchase it! Anyway, long vent short…I totally regret not picking up some products!!!!! Thanks for doing so many reviews on Asian products! I did however, pick up BB cream, eyeshadow, and lipgloss from a line called Nature Republic! Cute packaging, so far love all the products– no side effects (e.g., breakouts, hives, etc, etc). — I guess this means I’ll just have to go back to Thailand for Kate, for kate!
