MAC Wonder Woman Utility Belt Face Brush Set & MAC Wonder Woman Bulletproof Blue Makeup Bag Review, Photos

If you’re really digging the packaging on MAC Wonder Woman you’ll be happy to dig into the accessories they are releasing along with the color collection. The mirror is proving my favorite of the lot however there are also brush sets available and bags.

Let’s have a look!

MAC Wonder Woman Bulletproof Blue Makeup Bag is possibly the biggest makeup bag I’ve seen MAC release with a themed collection. This is a very generously sized bag and will be great for travel. The material is a shiny metallic blue with a star lining. It doesn’t have pockets or dividers but merely a very large open space for makeup and other beauty bits.

The bag also features a rubber charm with the MAC Wonder Woman emblem. I’d have liked the option to remove the charm, you can do so but it’s a bit of a hassle so a clip of some sort would have been handy but sadly it lacks that. I like the overall size of the bag and the funky blue shade however I find the charm a tad cumbersome and the $30 price tag a bit much as the bag is quite thin, material wise, so you aren’t getting an extra sturdy bag here.

MAC Wonder Woman Utility Belt Face Brush Set is quite adorable in theory but I’m not sure I’ll actually use it personally. This is a belt with a detachable pouch. It houses three MAC Face Brush which are the MAC 224SE, 213SE, and 194SE. This is $49.50 which is the range for special brush gift sets however the bad news is the lack of the two other brushes that these sets normally have however you are getting the belt which count account for the lack of brushes.

Outside of the hardcore collector not everyone is going to probably feel the need to indulge in these items particularly due to the heavier price tags.

What do you think?

With your haul will you grab a makeup bag, the utility belt set, or both?

hi vanessa I have past reviews on mac brush sets, I always think the brushes are fab in mini size however holiday 2010 seemed to be the exception, some of them weren’t so fab but WW was good. 🙂

I LOVE the brush belt. I have a ton of the travel brushes tho. Wish the sold them separately. Hopefully, I can find just the belt and pouch without the brushes on ebay.

Would you recommend the brush set? I’m thinking of buying mac brushes and saw this set. But since I don’t know much about mac brushes I didn’t know if the quality of the brush set was good.
