Stila Garden Bliss Set

Squee! Quite excited today to see the pre-launch sale of the new Stila Garden Bliss Set. This one I must have.

Let’s have a peek!

The set is on sale today for a hot second (it’ll be gone tomorrow) and features a brand new palette plus some small extras.

The Stila Garden Bliss Palette does look much like a Travel Girl Palette with a higher price tag and you’re looking at $32 for the set which also includes deluxe sizes of Stila Glamoureyes Mascara and Stila Lip Glaze in Guava. I’m not too turned off by the price tag as I suspect this palette will be a step above the Travel ones however I guess it could be a tad disappointing after paying $10 for them before and now suddenly being slapped with $22 bucks more because let’s face it, the mascara and lip glaze aren’t worth that much.

Here’s the deets.

The Stila Garden Bliss Palette includes:

Eyeshadows

  • Pale ivory with shimmer
  • Golden beige with shimmer
  • Grass green with gold shimmer
  • Deep aubergine with shimmer

Plus Stila Cheek Powder in a Rosey Pink

Now you’ll also get a lovely Gold Makeup Clutch but I admit I’d have loved a slice on the price and skip the makeup bag, I simply don’t need more bags for my makeup eh?

Regardless, I think the colors look very wearable and lovely for Spring plus I like that they went with a powder blush this time around and skipped the Convertible Color as I admit I’m a tad tired of the cream blush.

Will I order it?

Yes, for sure.

Do I love the price?

Mmm not completely but we’ll see when it arrives as maybe the higher price tag might be overlooked if the palette blows me away.

What do you think?

I just received my email about this too! I think it looks lovely but is just me or does the description not match up with the pic? …none of those eyeshadows appear even remotely green??

I may have to wait to purchase after I read some reviews. Definitely wouldn’t be worth it to me if the shadow formula isn’t “normal” Stila quality.

nope felt the same way chasity lol but sometimes promo images are SO off swatch wise ;-D AGREED!

Ooh I have that lip glaze lol! I really like Stila’s lip products, their stains and glazes are awesome 😛

This is one I expect to see in their sales in a few months. And I’d totally pay $18 or so. With or without the bag, though I would use that bag.

This is really cute, and I’m also happy they included a powder blush this time. I was getting a little tired of the convertible colors, lol.

Oh and I really like the colors, either the descriptions or the pictured ones. I need the springtime.

    Hi,
I received this set yesterday and it’s wonderful. I don’t see a green shade; maybe the darker shade has a slight khaki/olive green hue, but to me, it seems more brown. Eyeshadows have lots of shimmer; this doesn’t bother me because it make my hazel eyes pop! The shimmer isn’t Vegasy showgirl; just enough to make your eye color stand out. LOVE THE BLUSH!!! Powder blush is better for me and the color is soft petal pink with a slint hint of peach. Glamoureyes mascara is my holy grail mascara! Does not flake, smudge, smear or bother my contacts. If you want a more dramatic look, you can do more than one coat and still have amazing lashes without looking like a raccoon at the end of the day. Comes off easy with eye makeup remover. Doesn’t make lashes cruncy either. I have the Guava and was happy to get another one! Smells great and again is a soft color.
I have very fair (extremely pale white) skin and this set is wonderful. Soft colors that look perfect on me. It’s a keeper!!!! Still debating on the shimmer powder. Decisions, decisions. …. 🙂
