Tarte Cosmetics neutralEYES Natural Eye Palette

Tarte Cosmetics introduces the new neutralEYES Natural Eye Palette for Spring 2011 which contains 10 neutral shades of full size eyeshadows plus a full size Tarte EmphasEYES Aqua Gel Eyeliner in Brown, a double ended shadow brush, and a free sample of their Lifted Natural Eye Primer.

Tarte’s shadow have such a wonderful softly milled shadow formula that’s a pleasure to work and the Spring palette looks like it has some mighty nice soft shades and some bolder ones too!

    the colors look very “me”, but i’m still wary of tarte eyeshadows. I got their day to night couture palette ( i think the first palette of this format), and HATED it despite the rave reviews. the shadows swatch nicely on the back of my hands, but for some reason just doesn’t stick to my lids when applied. and when i blended, it wound up wiping away some of the layers i already patted on, so i wound up with ugly patches of skin on my lids >.< (and i used udpp too…)

    Oooooooh nooooo! *hides* I have the other 3 tarte palettes and I do like their shadows *hides again* lol!

    I will definitely be scooping this up. I’m a HUGE Tarte fan! I wish they had a professional brush line. The brushes that come in these palettes are some of my favorite brushes.
