Caudalie Vinosource Quenching Sorbet Creme Review

Caudalie Vinosource Quenching Sorbet Creme is my new lightweight Spring/Summer must have moisturizer! This morning, no joke, we got snow but no worries Spring is on the way and soon after Summer.

As the weather starts to warm up I have to start shedding my rich moisturizers and replace them with something lightweight, my pick of the moment, Caudalie Vinosource Quenching Sorbet Creme!

Love!

And sensitive skin types will love it too!

A natural formula that deeply hydrates all skin types, even the sensitive ones.

This comes in a convenient bottle that has an easy to use depressor. The formula contains grape-seed polyphenols which are powerful anti-oxidants. It also contains organic grape water for a moisturizing soothing experience. If you were curious, no, sadly it does not smell like grapes but it does have a refreshing, earthy scent, kinda like a fresh form of dirt. I know, sounds weird but the scent is quite nice.

The formula is extremely lightweight and almost gel-like. It smooths on and absorbs super easily and leaves behind a nice layer of lasting hydration. The thing I like about the moisturizer is the fact that you could easily use an entire bottle and still not come out of it feeling greasy or oily. The moisturizer is just so incredibly light and simple.

If you’re sensitive this will be an ideal way to get a nice kick of hydration without further irritating your skin. If you have oily skin or live in a humid environment this will be a perfect pick for a lightweight moisturizer that won’t make your skin feel greasy or leave behind a heavy feel.

Unfortunately I find it’s best suited for wearing during warmer weather when my skin simply doesn’t need a rich, heavier cream. However, during the Winter months when my skin is very dry, this doesn’t quite do the trick.

  • Those who live in a humid environment that need a lightweight, simple moisturizer.
  • Those with oily skin!
  • Those looking for the perfect lighter moisturizer for Summer!

  • Anyone with intensely dry skin that has no relief (if your skin is dry all the time this is probably a little too lightweight for use).

I actually liked this alot. Although it’s toted for all skin types I can’t get away with using it in the Winter however in the warmer weather it’s the perfect little solution for lightweight hydrating without leaving behind a heavy feel or an oily finish.

My pick for Summer!

Loves it!

It’s so funny you’re reviewing this, I switched from this to the Sana Hadanomy cream based on your recommendation! I actually might switch back to it in the summer as I loved how it felt but you’re right, it was sort of eh for winter. I also hate how it clumped up in the bottle pump after a while. It smells DIVINE though

hey karyn, really?! so far the pump has treated me well thankfully ;-D!!!!!! but yeah, def meh for Winter but solid gold for the warm weather ;D!

I use many of their products and have this but haven’t tried it yet. I use their heavier day cream for the colder months and their night cream/lotion is awesome!!! Their lip conditioner is also great. I don’t know if you’ve tried of reviewed their cleansing milk, toner and grape spray, but they are also wonderful to use on the skin.

haven’t tried those michelle but particularly interested in the mask, that sounds great!

They also have a wonderful mask that comes with a built in brush that you just gently “brush” over the face and then rinse off. It truly makes one’s skin feel great afterwards. I use it if I’m going out somewhere special with my husband, it’s a great way to get glowing!
