Thoughts for Japan
Good Morning!
Not very good I fear. I hope you’ll all take a second to offer a quick prayer or a good though to those in Japan this morning (and now California and Hawaii as well). Thanks to everyone who e-mailed to ask after my extended “family” in Japan. I haven’t heard from anyone yet after a good many calls but I hope I’ll hear something soon.
Those with friends and family in Japan my thoughts and prayers are with you.

Prayers to everyone that has been affected by this.
Do try emailing them. Phonelines are down at some areas, but since internet line is underground, it’s not affected by the tsunami.
I did indeed electronicfly. awaiting replies. So far I’ve gotten word on one person and awaiting replies from several others.
I just saw a video of it on the news, it’s really scary. I hope all your family’s okay.
thanks CJ! awful news really awful
I’m with you about this, some of my friends are safe for sure, even my idols are… but I still don’t know about the others. And I’m keeping my fingers crossed.
misato I am pretty sure everyone I know is safe but I can’t help but worry regardless
very sad news, so many lives! I hope you hear from everyone soon! my love to them and you!
love to you too, Muse, you are always kind <3
I've still to heard from some people… hope this will stop soon.
misato still awaiting one person myself sigh. I’m trying to avoid the news, it’s just too heartbreaking
yesterday was the worst of it
I hope you hear from them all soon hun! *hugs*
God be with everyone affected.
praying for everyone there
My boyfriend is from Tokyo ): I’m so happy he’s here, but his family and lots of our friends are there! Fingers are crossed, praying, anything goes ):
jen keep me posted. I finally reached most everyone, awaiting one more reply and I can rest easy! my thoughts are with you!
I feel so sad…
I spent all day contacting my friends there. From my side everyone is safe and sound but very shocked… :’(
sigh Muse it’s been crazy
I’m glad all is safe on your side. I hope everyone else experienced the same comfort as we did today
I evacuated about 2am since I live right across the street from the ocean…not a good feeling at all knowing I had to pack up my life in a suitcase and wait it out if my house will survive. Luckily, it didn’t hit hard but my area is still under warning.
Prayers to all my family and friends stranded in Japan and Hawaii and everyone that lives near the water…
oh god Corinee. My thoughts are with you. please email me if you need anything at all. if, god forbid, your makeup stash gets ruined I’d be happy to supply you with some stuff. If you need anything please don’t hesitate to email me. My thoughts and prayers are with you
aww thank you so much! I actually packed a lot of my makeup in 2 train cases haha i still left a lot behind but they are replaceable…i wish i could just pick up my house and move it away from the water…it was the middle of the night so i just threw stuff in a suitcase….
I am listening to the news at work and the warning may be lifted soon…so that’s good news
corrinne sorry for the delayed reply. are you ok? did you get to go back? was your house alright? *hugs* I’m hope you’re doing ok and you got to go back home to no damage or at least minimal! Like I said, if you need anything just email me!
My thoughts and prayers are with everyone. So far, our friends in Japan and our family in Maui are safe.
