Holika Holika Hand Warmer Moisture Hand Cream Review

Holika Holika introduced its Hand Warmer Moisture Hand Cream over the holidays. The packaging and the name kinda threw me as I thought maybe it would literally warm hands up so I got a few of them to tuck into my sister’s stocking as she’s always pissing and moaning about cold hands and feet.

Sadly, it doesn’t actually heat up hands and proved to be just a basic hand cream!

Let’s take a look!

A lightweight hand cream available in three scents from Korean brands, Holika Holika.

This little hand cream comes in three scents, mint, rose, and berry. I actually only kept one of the several I purchased which was the mint one. I dug it out recently since I was running low on hand cream and popped it on my desk for use. The mint one smells really fresh and not so much minty, kinda a shampoo-like fragrance.

The tube is pretty small and the formula is pretty lightweight so if your hands are extra dry you might wanna skip out on this in favor of something larger with a more moisture. I like to keep this on my desk just to hydrate my hands every so often as it absorbs easily without leaving a greasy feel plus the scent lingers nicely.

It’s pretty basic and no frills but the cute tube may tempt some however the retail price I paid isn’t as friendly online or from shops on E-bay so be aware prior to making a purchase as I don’t know if it’s so good that you have to actually go through the trouble of ordering it online!

  • Those looking for a lightweight, basic hand cream.

  • Those with dry, chapped hands (this will prove to be too lightweight for super dry skin).
  • Those unwilling to deal with airmail fees, online shopping, and jacked up prices (Holika Holika is available within Korea).

You don’t really need it but if you happen across it online for cheap you might want to indulge. I did think the novelty was that it would literally warm hands but it doesn’t do that, that’s merely the name of the product but not actually what the product does.

Cute but nothing that demands attention.
